Well Tony, it's up to you to think what you like, but, just because you think it, doesn't make you right. Yes, you can get away with making a few copyrighted items, but, if you make enough of these items to make a large amount of money you could be sued. Just because you don't hear of a lot of these cases, doesn't mean that it is alright to do so. I know from personal experiences, that they will come after you. They did me and my daughter, and it's a bit nerve racking. It was explained to me why they came after us, and the explanation was, that we were making to much money and not sharing it with the copyright holder. Legally, I cannot mention the name of the company, but, they are fairly large in size. We never thought that we would run into this kind of issue, we were of the frame of mind that we were to small for anyone to care about what we made. We were wrong, but, thankfully it didn't cost us much. But, it did teach us a lesson. I do hope that your way of thinking, doesn't get you in trouble.
