  1. Kevin, you must be proud of these pieces, you tried to post them twice. Len
  2. All good looking cuts Kevin, is the last one an address sign? Len
  3. As per your usual Kevin, these pieces look fantastic. Len
  4. Ron, it's a great looking box, it should fetch a few bucks. Len
  5. Dave, it's a tidy bit of cutting, and the inlay work is amazing. Len
  6. Denny, it's a great looking cutting, I like the idea of making a key holder out of it. Len
  7. Way to go Jim, it's gotta make you feel good. Len
  8. Ron, it's a beautiful box, the flocking really adds a touch of class to it. Len
  9. Denny, it's a spectacular piece, the strawberries really makes it stand out. Len
  10. Brian, you did a great job on cutting this puzzle out, it looks fantastic. Would you mind letting me know where you got the pattern from, I've got a brother who is a fireman and I'd like to cut one out for him? Len
  11. That a girl, if you need a pattern you just make one, it's gotta be nice to be able to do that. Your cutting looks perfect, are you going to share the pattern with us all? Len
  12. Nicely done Becky, the glitter really adds to it. Len
  13. I would use Tite-bond or an epoxy, either one would do the job. Len
  14. Richard, in my opinion, this is a very silly question. Just because someone thinks one person is better than the other, doesn't mean that they are the best. Do you not realize that you can learn something from every scroller out there, no matter how long they've been scrolling. I'm sorry, but, this questions leaves me with the impression that your being a bit snooty. Len
  15. To make the fire starters, I use egg crates. The paper mash type, after they set up I store them in a plastic bag. When going into the woods or fishing, I always grab a handful of them to take with me, you never know when you'll need one. I keep a baggie full of them in my truck, just in case I need them. Len
  16. I use it just about every time I use the bandsaw, it's not expensive and it's easy to apply. I have it hanging on the wall right next to the on switch, that reminds me to use it. Len
  17. I burn mine, it's great to start fires with. Sometimes, I will make fire starters like Chachi has mentioned, they're very handy to have in the winter when out snowmobling or snowshoeing. Len
  18. Nicely done Monti, you did a super job of cutting the letters. Len
  19. Sorry Nathan, it's just to black, there's no border to designate where the head and helmut start and end. Personally, if I cut this pattern out, I would have to do it in three layers. First the backer, then the cutting that is painted all black. Then for the third layer, I would cut out the perimiter of the actual cutting, that would act like a border that would frame the picture. I hope you can picture what I mean. Len
  20. Yes Brian, it works on bandsaw blades, I use it on mine all the time. Len
  21. DW, that's an awful lot of work just to save a couple of tablespoons of shellac. I would far rather let it go to waste, then use it and possibly ruin a piece I've been working on. Yes it can be costly, but, it's not all that expensive that I need to worry about saving drips. Len
  22. Sam, I've been running my Ex21 for over six years, I've never had to oil or lub any part of my saw. You should check out the possibility of getting an owners manual, or a copy of one. Len
  23. It's a great looking clock Richard, what are you going to use for a finish. Len
  24. Nicely done Todd, I've cut the wolf pattern a few times. I have never cut the fishing boat yet, but, I do plan to. Len
  25. Paul, this is definitely one to be proud of, anxiously awaiting to see it once finished. Len
