  1. Nicely done. Len
  2. Nicely done Todd, hopefully, others will see it and ask you to make one for them. Len
  3. Todd, that looks nice. Len
  4. Nicely done Edward, what type of clear finish did you use? Len
  5. Cute sign Chachi, that sign would be good for most boys bedrooms. Len
  6. Kris, I like the idea of adding a picture to the cutting, but, who is the picture going to be of? You, your grandson, or both of you?Plus, is there enough room for a large enough picture? Adding a picture that is to small wouldn't be good, it could ruin the look of the cutting. I'm very interested in seeing what you come up with in the end, so, please post a pic of the finshed product. Len
  7. Bill, in the Flying Dutchman selection of blades, there's one that is designated as a puzzle blade. Maybe these are the ones your looking for, they're a great little blade and they give a nice clean cut. Len
  8. Congrats Denny, what an honor. Len
  9. Kevin, doing all that cutting, is sure to keep you out of mischief. What type of blade did you use to cut the heart out with, I notice a lot of rough edging on the back of the heart? Maybe it's the wood, what type is it? Len
  10. Dave, that's one heck of an inlay job, and there's nothing shabby about your letter cutting either. It would be nice if you could get $40.00 to $45.00 for it, but, I think that you will be lucky to get $25.00 for it. I don't want to discourage you, but, that is about how much I could get for it if I sold it around here. You never know though, the right person might see it and figure they need it. It's a good looking cutting, I can't see you having it for long. Len
  11. Nicely done Nathan, I'm sure your co-worker will appreciate getting it. Len
  12. Edward, I've always thought that I would like going to one of these shows, but, it's usually just to dang far to travel. Len
  13. Way to go Nathan, good on you! Len
  14. Whoever he is, he does nice work. Len
  15. Cute and colorful Steve, what's not to like? Len
  16. Larry, that's some top shelf cutting, I like these Victorian style pieces. Len
  17. Nicely done Larry, all three pieces look fantastic. Len

Nicely done Ralph, and your own font, that's really something. Len
  19. Nicely done Steve, I like the ones with green on them. Len
  20. Kevin, slow down and smell the coffee, your trying to get to much done in a short amount of time. If people are requesting these things, you'll have to tell them that you need more time. This rushing around to get everything done, is no life. Set up a schedule, and stick to it. There's no need for you to always be in a rush, plus, it's not healthy. Len
  21. Well Laust, the saying is "happy wife, happy life" so there's no arguing with your final decision.. Len
  22. The cutting part looks great Laust, but, the fairy in the middle one is very hard to see. I'm not sure of what I'd do, but, a change is needed. Either the silver color needs to be changed, or some color has to be added to the fairy to make her more noticable. Len
  23. Nicely done Tony, I remember him well. Len
  24. Someone was thinking. Len
  25. Terry, your shooting yourself in the foot, by giving away all of those cardstock cuttings. Yes I give some away to family members, but never to friends unless it's for a gift. Another thing about your habits, is that why would someone buy something made of wood when they can buy the same thing for half price, but in cardstock. You're giving your customers to many choices, it confuses them. I used to do something similar to what your doing, until I had a few potential customers complain about the prices of the wooden items. They couldn't understand why I had to have so much more for a wooden portrait, compared to a cardboard one. The way they looked at it, is that it takes just as long to cut the cardboard ones, as it did to cut the wooden ones. So, they refused to pay my asking price. Needless to say they walked away empty handed, because once I set the price on something it doesn't change. Len
