  4. I use the good stuff. I have a place in White Bear Lake Minnesota that sells it and I buy a full sheet and they will cut it into small panels to handle it. I use 1/8 inch mostly. Rockler Woodworking also has small panels. Bill

  6. I got them when Bens workshop was going and I used the FD puzzle blades for years for making ornaments and small things. I tried the pegas blades of about the same size and I find them a lot better because they are skip tooth with the blades more open to avoid the clumping up with junk wood. I make most of my stuff with 1/8 bb plywood. I then ordered a gross of them from somewhere else. The name I can't remember right now. But I am impressed nrscroller
  7. HI I tried the ultra thin puzzle blades from Bens workshop recently and wanted to get some more and now his website is shut down. They are called ultra thin puzzle blades, 5" pinless, .0076 x .026 skip tooth and use a #70 drill bit. I thought they were Pegas but I went on the Grobet website and they don't have one under there pegas listing. Anyone know where to get these now? Thanks Bill

I can't find the magazine on the newstands.....In my area I tried Mills Fleet Farm where I used to get it and I was in a Barnes and Nobles the other day and they did not have it.......not good.....and I don't want a subscription, they are a pain in the but with all the dumb stuff they send besides that.   19. hI I agree with Zen scroller. I use 1/8 BB all the time for my ornaments and etc. I pivot with my left haand and press down with my right. I run my hegner at a low speed also unless I am doing some wide open lines or edging that is not complex I use the FD puzzle blades a lot also. Good luck. Bill

  21. Great Idea, I am not to good at this anyway. I don't like doing things with a backer so maybe now I will try it more often. Let's see, a trip to the hardware store with my tape measure and a tupperware to make my own assortment. Thanks much Bill

  24. Hi All My nice daylight magnifier lamp I have had since about 1999 broke today on my scroll saw. It just came apart where the ball part with that pin is where it attaches to the swing arm.....that suck's. I tried some industrial silicone on it to see if I can fix it. Anyone know where there is a good deal on one now? Also maybe a better one than that one I have, mine is like 1.75 3 diopter. Thanks Bill
  25. I used to buy both mags and I am dissapointed in the quality of both of them. I used to find a lot of Voelker Arnold patterns and tom sevy patterns that I enjoyn making but I guess those were the days. Bill
