  1. Didn't mike sell out to The Wooden Teddy Bear? IKE
  2. If you glue the pattern directly to the wood you will have thay problem or at least I did. The onlty advantage I can see with them is when the blade get's dull you can turn it around and use the other end but Ididn't care too much for them anyway and don't use them any more. IKE

  13. This was a typical spring sale. I wouldn't do it if it wasn't put on by the marketing class in the Live Oak V,E, class. I only sold 4 puzzles in a 3 hour show.It was only $10 per table and they had extra tables so I got 2 tables.for the $10 and they had Hot dogs for lunch. I still enjoyed myself even though the crowd was light I know that 3 other tables didn't make a sale.

  16. It sounds like the motor, lets hope not because they are expensive. The motor is a brush type and when the brushes ware they put off dust and they get into the armature and short out . These motors don't have any vent holes and there is no escape for the dust, With other motors of f this type i have taken them apart and cleaned the armature slots with a file being careful not to short out the windings. I have had mine for 3 years and had to replace the motor, IKE
  17. I have not made any 1/4 thick puzzles Width that size I would probably use a #3 ( I use nothing but Olson's Match 3 blades ) When I set up to do puzzles i align my blades using a square and make sure the blade is as close to Square as possible.and a #5 will be just fine for thick woods and a #3 will begin to cut an an angle after it gets some ware, IKE
