    Easiest way to learn , is to do a fret pc. with multi holes you will learn very quickly what works and what don't ! I have to agree ,unless you leave a new blade tightened over nite ,by the time they stretch enough to change anything ,it's time to replace the blade ,scrubbing till the last with a dull blade to me is false saving ,when the blade starts to bow alot you need to find the problem ,wrong blade for the job ,dull blade ,wrong tension etc. JMHO

    Anti-seize (specific stuff ) <not any type of lube >anti-seize keeps softer threads from gauling and eating out the softer threads as max pressure is applied when you tighten clamps ,and lube will cause all kinds of issues !availible .any auto parts sin small size (you don't need much ,just on the threads !

    Your right about the WOW factor ,with only straight blades ,challenge has a whole new meaning ,at least for me !! At this rate all your chicken will lay double yolkers ,to say I am I am impressed is the understatement of the yr!!!

    Most people drill too fast and actually punch out the the last part ,they think they are drilling ,very small drill bits load up and need cleared several times in at drilling of a single hole ,Hard to do ,when doing dozens and dozens of holes & holes at a set ,stacking has layers ,in the center you you can feel the layers separate as drill enters new layer , as you drill ,most are seldom tight together as we think compounding the problem ,obvious on larger pc.s in center areas away from edges and pegs. Just a fact !! Also tiny drill bits tend to wander or bow even in a drill press ,JUST another fact !! Stackers ,find this out the hard way ,even single 3/4" find grain problematic on some woods .Just more facts ,drill bits like scroll saw blade need time to clear trapped sawdust and shavings to be able to cut and drill as straight as possible ! Or you can ignore and blame what ever else is You choose !

    Take a pencil #2 rotate in hole makes it very visible .too bad there is not a directory to be able to find all these tips and cures that have been listed ,so all could refer to for refreshers for infrequent users or newbies!

    There is a lot of very good information out there that should be book marked ,would save so much chasing and guessing ,after you figure out what is really important and what is not ,That takes a little experience ,and practice !
