    Well I am getting ready to do a craft sale and have no idea what to expect. I hope to at least have a good assortment of things for people to choose from and I will just have to wait and see if it is worth my time. My daughter is the one that really wants to give this a try so I agreed to do this with her. It is not until November so we are working hard to get ready. I may end up in Arizona then and she may have to do it by herself

    Here is a Sue Mey pattern I purchased today. I thought I would try painting it to make it stand out a little. Is the pattern ca good or bad choice for a craft show and would you paint the accent spots to leave them aloneness? Or perhaps just make a black backer board instead looking for suggestions and ideas. Dick heppnerguy

    My daughter, Theresa, is trying to get me to do a craft show with her this year. Most of you already know that I do not do craft shows, but she will not take no for an answer. so I am cutting some patterns for consideration. Since I do not enter these shows, I have no idea what will sell. I cut this Sue Mey pattern today to show her, tomorrow. My wife suggested that I not put a backer board on these.. My question is,,,,,,is this an item worth cutting for such and event ? and do I put a backer board on it or not ? Dick heppnerguy

    I have not seen this pattern before. Sue Mey is a wonderful pattern designer and I do have quite a few of her patterns in my pattern collection too. this one is done very well by you and I am so glad you shared it with us all. i think I will go look it up on Sue's page and grab myself a copy of it too.     I enjoyed cutting mine too.. It sure is a nice pattern. I like the fact that it is not only a great pattern but also on can cut it in a very short time. I choose not to put the idetifiction under mine but the pattern does call for it. I cut mine for myself so I certainly did not need the identification on it. good job on your cat Dick heppnerguy

    Kevin, The warnings are right..... be really careful with the table saw, they do not care who's finger they take off or who they throw wood back at, (at the speed of light ), A chuck of wood coming at you from the table saw can break a rib or put out an eye, At least wear protection when you are on teh table saw, please Dick heppnerguy

    not only is this a nice project do to the great pattern, the way you so originally displayed it but also the really good, clean cutting, all together it is an extremely fine piece. Congratulations on a job well done Dick heppnerguy

    Nice job, Edward. I wish you would have gotten the angle more straight on so it showed even better. Who's pattern is this one? I think that I have seen it somewhere before but not sure where. Never the less, you did a truly great job on this one.. Dick heppnerguy

    Nice. This is a great pattern. It is no wonder you chose this one to cut. Now that you ventured out and gave a difficult pattern a try, I expect it showed you that you are capable of cutting about anything out there. Go for it Dick heppnerguy
