    memorial plaques are so special to the one with the lost love. I have made a lot of pieces and given them away over the years. In fact I mailed one to a couple who's son died last week. They mean so much to the ones that get them, as is very apparent in your case here. Often people see me and thank me for the memorial plaques I gave them years ago and I don't even remember that I made them one. They sure outlast the cards and flower they got at the same time Dick heppnerguy

    I really like these projects and your framing is fabulous also. I especially enjoyed the different choices for your matt colors, it shows how important the matt can be in a finished project. Thanks for posting I enjoyed viewing them all Dick heppnerguy

    Brenda, I have to say, you did a splendid job with this project. I am more than certain the receiver of this will be more than thrilled with it. I too know nothing much about bikes and I made 2 projects for a new friend of mine and he absolutely loved them. And guess what, he came to my shop to see how I was able to cut them and now he too is cutting projects and just finished his third one today. I am thrilled more than ever that I made those pieces for him as I know have someone to scroll with in my shop. Dick heppnerguy

    Congratulations on a job well done. I love to see new scrollers tackle the ones they are not too sure about.. You are right not to jump too far over your head but to give something new a try to find out how you will do. success is yours and I can see a lot of wonderful new projects coming from your shop throughout the year.     I cut a new friend this motorcycle, as he is a rider and has a nice bike. I hadn't really seen it in person when I choose this one to cut for him and it was not like the one he owns. I told him I would look for another one that matched his bike better and that he did not have to take this one if he really didn't want it. He was more than delighted with this one and I was able to find another pattern that matched his bike almost to a tee. I finished it this week and he was so pleased and happy to have it. I forgot to take a photo of it but next week when I get back home from Oregon I will have him send me a photo of it and I will post it too. Dick heppnerguy

    It just doesn't seem like it would even work. I just might cut this one too and give it to my great granddaughter to take to school and she her 2nd grade class. Dick heppnerguy
