  1. Very nice beautiful cross. You have been coming up with some very pretty pieces of wood lately. That is a lot nicer than what is in my farm animal grave yard. My dogs, cats, goats, sheep, ducks and chickens, maybe a couple of guinea pigs thrown in all got a big rock for a headstone! Who ever buys this place is going to have fun figuring out what all those stones are lined up in the little field are for. My kid say that is where I'm going when I go.......
  2. I always enjoy seeing the cut records. Very nice job on both projects.
  3. Very nice piece.
  4. Very nicely cut! I must be the slowest scroller in the world. Those would have taken me several days to cut.
  5. You could put Pegas clamps on any one of those saw and work miracles with it!!!
  6. Click on this, scroll down a little and it will be the first pattern on the right http://baggetta.com/pebooks/FreePatternPage.htm
  7. A+ sir! I love it. Will have to go back and study it more, but I love a person that likes to tinker and experiment. Can't see why this wouldn't work on a DeWalt, and all the Excalubur type saws.
  8. Welcome to the neighborhood. I can only imagine how beautiful of an area you live in..... Looking forward to getting acquainted and see some of you work.
  9. Really a nice one.
  10. Great cutting, Kevin.
  11. Another fine job... How are the puppies doing?
  12. Great looking, someone is going to be very pleased.
  13. Very fine boxes. Great work.
  14. I never find yours or anyone clocks "boring". This one is special, my first dog was a beagle. He was a nut and always got me into trouble.....
  15. Start and work on it from time to time. I usually have a few projects going at a time so I can switch around. Work on one a while the set it aside and work on something else for a while.
  16. Only comments I have are, that is beautiful! Love that wood. Great finish.
  17. Great pieces!
  18. You have the elephant,,,,, start cutting.
  19. It is approx.. 11" across x 12" tall, I started at the top of the right side worked that half down to the nose, then did the left down to the nose and the the rest. Went through a lot of blades using a Pegas #3R Reverse Skip. I was cutting 2 1/4" BB stacked. It really ate up the blades. Lost some pieces on the bottom piece of the stack, don't think I can save it. I will try a different blade when I get around to cutting the elephant.
  20. Haven't finished much lately. Waiting for my hand to heal up and so many new things I am trying to work at. I did finish cutting this this evening and I really like it. This is a Charles Hand pattern caller "Tigris" pattern "orno5". Says it is approx. 215 cuts, but I really feel it is more. Took me awhile and not finished. I have to sand it and finish applied. I want to mount it on a red background as pictured, only maybe silk...pictured it is sitting on felt. This pattern was unique to me. It said it was a challenge, and it was, only for me in the time it took. But I also felt it was a good pattern for someone that was wanting to do detailed fretwork. I gave lots of practice. Many of the same cuts repeated only getting smaller and smaller with each one... A close look at it will show what I am trying to describe. Anyway, although it took me a long time to cut... I really enjoyed it and have another one of his ornate ones to do. Thanks @Charles Hand
  21. Alright, now, Kevin, your are just showing off!! That is on the other side of awesome!! You must post the final!!
  22. Okay, so it is not my kind of art, but you still did a great job of it.
  23. Very nicely done.
  24. Very cute! Well cut. With a black crow feather being held, you would have "Dumbo the Flying Elephant". https://www.bedtimeshortstories.com/dumbo-the-flying-elephant-story
