I like it with and without. I love the pattern,,, come cough it up, where did that pattern come from..... Your glass is great, in my opinion. I would also like it with a frosty blueish glass behind it.... to make it look cold. Maybe that has to do with the Game of Thrones and the guy in the tree north of the wall.... Great piece!

Okay what kind of CNC machine do you have. That is beautiful.. I enlarged it, and stared looking of a slight weaver in the scrolling... NONE!! Awesome cutting!

WOW that is a great picture. The eyes and mouth really set it off. I like the big cats, leopards, lions I just started a Jaguar one by Charles Hand. It is going to take me a long time to finish it.

Sorry, I stated I #3 for thin wood. For 1/8" thick wood I use a #1.

I really like pieces like yours. Simple, tells a story, and something make me want to spend some time looking at it. I agree with the northern lights comments or it could be a blizzard is going on.

Just gotta tell this. I have those test tubes. been using them for years. Little more shopping on E-bay and you can find them for like 25 of right around $6. But for storing the tubes with the blades in them, I have tried many different way and things. I made several different things and was never really satisfied. Finally I ordered one of the test tube holder shown in the picture. It was like $4 on E-bay. Holds a total of 60 tubes but I don't use all the rows. I leave an empty row in between just because I don't have 60 different types of blades and it makes it easier this way to read the labels on the tubes and to get them in and out. This has been the absolutely best setup I have ever had in my years of scrolling. The holder is what is used in labs and hospitals.

Very well done. Straight lines are the hardest thing to cut with a scroll saw. I use a lot of Flying Dutchman blades, but have found that when cutting straight lines or circles, Pegas blades work the best. I thin wood I use there #1 skip tooth reverse blade.

You are in production mode,, the "oils" take a long time to dry/cure. Now if it were me and it isn't, I'd use Deft spray Lacquer if you can get it where you live. Great durable finish, dries very quickly. I'd put on three or so coats. Only down side to me is the smell. Only finish of that type, that I hate the smell of... but it dissipates quickly also.

@Sharon Camille Craig, @Travis, yesterday I email this address from the Old Crow Scrollwerks site: "[email protected]" asking the following question: "Do you know if you can still purchase the Old Crow scroll saw patterns. I belong to ScrollSaw Village forum and there is discussion there because a lady placed an order for an Old Crow Scrollwerks pattern, she never received it and gets no response to her inquiries about it. I sent an inquiry the The Old Crow email address and have not heard back." This morning I had the following response: "Hello Paul D. Of course you can still order and buy samples with me. The lady may get in touch with me. All my buyers were runum satisfied. we will find a solution" I think the respondent is a relative of the late Helmut that made the patterns and was a member of this ScrollSaw Village. Sharon you might email him and see what happens.
