  1. Been wanting to do this pattern for a long time. Not sure where I got the pattern. The black walnut is 1/4" and the BB is 1/8. The BB was for support, but turned out good enough I didn't want to throw it away. I kinda like the wood I have them sitting on and may use it as a backer, not sure if I should frame one or make it a circle around the tree. Kinda like a 1/4" bigger than the tree circle.
  2. I do not have one, but have read good reviews on it. Much like he DeWalt only a little cheaper. Scroll down here and there are comments from owners that are members here. http://www.scrollsawvillage.com/topic/12215-delta-40-694-saw-details-user-reviews/
  3. All very beautiful!
  4. That is a great portrait. Awesome.
  5. I know Mike's workshop has several metal cutting blades listed. I don't know how good they are, I have never use any. They are Flying Dutchman blades.
  6. Dan, that is so nice. Great scrolling. Your daughter will certainly treasure that.
  7. Well I did pay, and I donate once in a while because Steve does so much for the scrolling community.. I rarely have used his patterns, but he does so much to promote scrolling, it is worth a few bucks....
  8. That is some great cutting. I can just see it hanging on a door with some evergreen and holly behind it. I have to order that pattern. Done... Just what I need another pattern. Thanks Montserrat. Merry Christmas
  9. Randy, they just keep getting better and better.
  10. Have you tried going to his blog and doing it the old fashion way. I know you can still do it that way with out the $3 software.
  11. Patricia, welcome to the forum. Hope you enjoy this little village. My wife is a Patricia also.
  12. Great scrolling. I am anxious to see how you do the paint on the MDF one. How would it look painted a solid base color than different colors for the actual picture, like a painting.......?
  13. Ya, I love to cut eagles and hawks. You did a great job here. Do you remember where the pattern came from?
  14. Looking good.
  15. I've wanted to try it for some time. I've seen some great pieces done on records. I just cannot get my wife to let go of the old records.

  19. Ahhhmmm, 8 fingers, 2 thumbs.....
  20. Such fine scrolling. WOW! Just a thought, on the wood ones, make a little round form and lay the piece in it, pour some brand of clear epoxy over it and make a sturdy pendant.
  21. Could it be this one... http://www.woodworkersworkshop.com/store/index.php?app=ccp0&ns=prodshow&ref=07_1053
