  1. That's beautiful. I've never seen a paint by numbers done that well. And your scrollsaw renditon ain't half bad either. Congrats to both of you.
  2. I was actually referring to the very tiny things that you have in your scenes. Like doll house furniture.
  3. Denny, I know that you can buy silver engine paint in spray cans if you ever need it again.
  4. I always hoped for a grandchild to teach what little I know. But it was not to be. I have 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Not a drop of my blood in any of them. Circumstances just were not in my favor. At least I got to share with my one son. He has followed in my footsteps and is now a very successful mobile tool salesman and has many of the same interests and talents that I have.
  5. Very nice Denny. Well done.
  6. Very nice & unique! Where do you find all the tiny accessories? Very creative.
  7. Very nice!
  8. Go to scrollsaws.com and read all the things there about your saw. There is an easy fix for your problem. Lots of great info.
  9. Me too. Lets start a "me too" movement.
  10. Sorry Frank, not happening that way in my shop. I just shoot a pic or two when I'm at a stage that I want to save. The bench is ALWAYS cluttered and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
  11. I'm not sure exactly what you want to do but the simple answer is to show off your work in the "Bragging Rights" forum. And it's always nice to include as much info as you can so we all know what is what. I recently learned that my phone takes pics in very high resolution. I now run them through a resizer to get the pics down to a reasonable size. Also, welcome to the Village. Be sure to go to the Introduction forum and tell us about yourself and where you live. We all love pictures and if you ask a question, sometimes it makes a difference in our answer if we know what your general location is.
  12. Well, if it were me, I'd probably try to get a true genuine Excalibur from Taiwan. At least that's where the Pegas is made and they are essentially the same saw. Best of luck.
  13. That's great Frank. I'd love to see some pics of what you are selling. And what you are getting for them just to give me an idea of what others might do. I'd like to make for sale but have no idea what to start with.
  14. Are we talking new or used? It's hard to believe you can't buy a new saw there. What's wrong with Australia?
  15. I contacted Jett and am waiting for a reply. After doing some online shopping of my own, I have come up with a price for the parts plus tax of just about $33. Plus shipping to me and then shipping to you I'm guessing at around $60 total. But, I've never shipped overseas so I have no realistic idea of what it will cost to mail the parts to you. They shouldn't amount to much in the way of weight so it'll just depend on how bad our two governments want to line their pockets. I'll let you know after I get more info. You might want to PM me your mailing address so I can get an estimate.
  16. Do you have access to Hegner saws? There would be no doubt as to their quality and parts are always available.
  17. Paul, give me some time and I'll see what I can do.
  18. Same to you and everybody else here on The Village!
  19. If you have a parts diagram with numbers/pictures so we know exactly what parts you need, it might help.
  20. I'm not sure about international mailing but could somebody here procure the parts you need and mail them to you? I can't believe it costs $40 to mail and envelope. Let us know if we can be of help.
  21. Jesse James used a gun!
