This is a similar set up to my Hawk with no slotted table. Threading fretwork is a pain, but I love the saw.

Glue pattern directly to wood, remove with mineral sprits.

Yeah, kinda strange, you'd think they would call in the National Guard. After I cut the letters it will all be mounted on a flat black background.

OK lets try again. This is my interpretation of Charles Dearing's pattern of the SOA center backpatch. Kinda ambitious for a newbie but what the hey. All done on my 220 Hawk with a #1 FD spiral.
