  1. Very well done, Dick. I love scenery patterns like this one, and you sure did it justice. May I be so presumptuous as to make a minor recommendation? I have had the same problem of the black background reflecting light when photographed. So now I back my pieces with black felt which I buy at Walmart and at Hobby Lobby for about 35 cents a piece.
  2. Lovely grain in both photos.
  3. Really nice work.
  4. Jerry, let me know if you ever want help making a portrait pattern.
  5. I married the girl next door 48 years ago. We were sweethearts in 7th-8th grades. Then reconnected in college. As kids we walked hand-in-hand at school and on country trails. So I made this portrait of us for her last year at Valentines Day.
  6. I cut these recently. Christ the Great Physician; Travis Kelce; Patrick Mahomes; and the kid is my grandson in a tuxedo (for a wedding).
  7. NIce work. Thanks you for sharing your ideas.
  8. 8" T x 20" W

  10. Ornaments and portraits that I made for friends.
  11. Thank you, Travis, for your time, talent and caring heart. You are an inspiration to us.
  12. My latest wood-art piece. 11 x 14 inches.
  13. What is this "sleep" thing of which you speak?
  14. Done! I just sent my patterns to Travis by email.
  15. I finished cutting this yesterday. Pattern by me.
  16. I think this took about 15 hours total.
  17. Just finished cutting this cougar.
  18. Great idea and practical use. How many layers of wood did you use tor the vase? Would you post a side view photo?
  19. My latest piece of wood art cut on my scroll saw. Pattern by me.
  20. These are cuttings (and one wood-burn box) I have done over the past 10 years.
  21. I cut this wood art portrait of John Wayne last week.
  22. I cut this wood art portrait of Randolph Scott on my scroll saw at the request of a Facebook fan club member.
