I ordered lot's of patterns from Sue, they are fun to cut and she has a wide variety of patterns. She did something special for me , my wife wanted a napkins holder for the kitchen but no existing pattern match the decor(it is a wife thing) so I asked Sue if she could make one, well a week later she send me the pattern and I did posted it on this site (wine bottle and glass) so that was really impressive.

I got lot's of patterns from Steve. I have been getting the personal Christmas ornaments for over 10 years from him, his patterns are well design and easy to cut, also he provide lot's of good info on his blog. Very nice person to deal with.

It is real nice to be able to scroll outside and having the sun keeping you warm, but not for this week coming. We have a cold front moving in and the temperature next week around high 40 and low 50 a heck better that at my home in Ottawa Canada. Any way here is some of the stuff that I cut last week.

We told you that they are very addictive, I like the way that you push the envelope by the shaping and also the way that you painted them. you are becoming a master of the mini bird houses.

These are very nice patterns they will be a hot sellers, better to cut more then one.

If I may also add WTB does not send the patterns via email, they charge postage rate according to amount spent. If you order just one pattern $3.95 to send one piece of paper. My recommendation is order from one of our family member.

I used 2 and sometimes 3 different types of wood to get the proper thickness

It warmed up in Panama City Beach today so I spend a couple of hours outside on the scrollsaw. That was nice to sit and scroll outside in January, good thing I'm not at home, temperature today was -40C with the windchill.

The cutting is the easy part, shaping and assembly will drive a person crazy. This is excellent workmanship, you are a master at your trade.

Very nice Dan but where are the birds and nothing in the nest, I used lint from the dryer and also dry grass to add a finishing touch. Now for your next challenge, dry the condo pattern

I used the shelf liner also, love it easy to work with and it is cheap. Thanks Scott for the tip

I never used a clamp I just cut them using my fingers a little tricky at the beginning but you get the hang of it pretty fast. The birds for the bird houses are not easy but you will manage I'm sure.

I cut one before 1/4" but this one is 3/8" for the slab and I did not have 3/8" piece of walnut for the inlay so I used 1/2" and then a little bit of sanding, no big deal.

Thanks everybody for nice comments, bringing my extra saw with me in Florida so will do some work there. Golf will be first and maybe some pool and beach time but also some times for scrollsaw.
