  1. Tried something different, had some nice maple and walnut and decided to try to make a cutting board. Since the wife said that it was her, I think it turned out OK. I used my router to cut some fingers hold on the side.

  4. I had a few hours this week to spend in the shop, I did some easy stuff just to keep in the mood. Both patterns are from Steve Good.

  6. Spend two months in AZ, now back to the white stuff(not sand) and freezing temperature. Now it is time to get back at the Excalibur. Made some easy stuff to get back in the grove.

  13. The pattern is from Scroller and I just follow their idea for the hanger, not fun to drill through a 1/4" piece of wood.
  14. I had a few birds cut so I used what I had.
  15. Padauk is the red wood.

  17. As promised here are the pictures of the finished ribbon box.
  18. I have one and it has been in my shop (very small) for many years and it does a pretty good job. I also have a dust collector and used it for the sander and table saw and chop saw.
  19. Ribbon is made out of oak,padauk and maple. Thank you for all the nice comments but will post the box after I put the lacquer to it.
  20. Might be able to finish all the orders before Christmas but it will be tight. Here are a few things that are close to be done, a little more finish and they will be ready to go. The Christmas tree ornaments pattern from Sue Mey Box is from Steve Good Enjoy
  21. Yes you need just a little bit of sanding, you have to test the angle of the saw first and adjust accordingly.

  23. As I promised here are the finished products, now I can start making sawdust again. Also another idea for use of scraps instead of coasters I used a Forester bits and now we have a candle holder.
