  1. Kevin

please send me your mailing address, I have some blades that I would like to send you, as you know taking advantage of being a snowbird this year. I am in Panama CIty Beach until mid-March

  2. It warmed up in Panama City Beach today so I spend a couple of hours outside on the scrollsaw. That was nice to sit and scroll outside in January, good thing I'm not at home, temperature today was -40C with the windchill.
  3. Jim you are the master of inlay, beautiful boxes you are the best
  4. The cutting is the easy part, shaping and assembly will drive a person crazy. This is excellent workmanship, you are a master at your trade.
  5. Very nice Dan but where are the birds and nothing in the nest, I used lint from the dryer and also dry grass to add a finishing touch. Now for your next challenge, dry the condo pattern
  6. Very nice you came up with a winner in my books
  7. Very nice an artist at work is the best I can come up with
  8. Very nice lot's of free publicity might have to warm up the saw again.
  9. Great year Scott, you are the master of puzzles, no wonder that your success is fantastic. Now take time to have a cold one
  10. I used the shelf liner also, love it easy to work with and it is cheap. Thanks Scott for the tip
  11. I never used a clamp I just cut them using my fingers a little tricky at the beginning but you get the hang of it pretty fast. The birds for the bird houses are not easy but you will manage I'm sure.
  12. I cut one before 1/4" but this one is 3/8" for the slab and I did not have 3/8" piece of walnut for the inlay so I used 1/2" and then a little bit of sanding, no big deal.
  13. This is a great family we have here, the old saying "it takes a village to take care of all" We have the best here. Merry Christmas to all the sawdust makers
  14. Thanks everybody for nice comments, bringing my extra saw with me in Florida so will do some work there. Golf will be first and maybe some pool and beach time but also some times for scrollsaw.
  15. Here are my last two pieces that was ordered for this year, now getting ready to go to Florida for 3 months. Dinosaurs is for my nephew and the chipmunk was a rush order, (person that bought the one I had in stock like it so much she wanted another one for Christmas present. Don't know why Dino is sideway
  16. I make mini bird houses, Christmas ornaments all kind of little stuff
  17. That turn out very nice, good job you should be proud.

  25. Here is a short video of a sample of compound cut of mini bird houses, different kind of wood used and glued together for the proper thickness. Larry you will see what is left after the cut is made. Make sure that after you cut the first side you tape it together again prior of cutting the other side. HPIM1450.AVI
