  1. This worked for me with Firefox.
  2. Supposedly Kevin posted pictures again....but we know how that goes. All in good fun. Jim
  3. I found on the main forum page http://www.scrollsawvillage.com/?_fromLogin=1 I was logged in but when I got to the general scroll sawing section I was not logged in, but when I clicked on this thread it shows I'm logged in again. I'm not complaining, just saying this is what I'm seeing. I'm sure it will be fixed. Thanks Jim
  4. Well I finished up the cowgirl name wall hanger. It looks ok for the first time around. I have to look at my boards a little bit closer next time. The inside of the R had a tiny little crack in it and didn't notice it till I cut it out. Hoping I can glue it back in. What do you all think? I haven't really did anything with gluing before. Thanks for looking Jim
  5. Yes we do Don. Jim

    Pike

Great cutting Alex, I remember the first pike I caught. It was totally by surprise on a flyrod. Jim
  7. Thank you all for the input. I'm thinking the Tuff Shed in the backyard will be for storage of the stuff in the 2 car garage. Then I will continue using the garage for wood working and give my sister back half of the garage so she can get her car inside. I was really hoping for a shed of my own. But this isn't all that bad. I won't have as far to move my tools if I stay in the garage. Just have to work on keeping the sawdust off her car as much as possible. Thanks for helping me brainstorm. It isn't the end for me and my wood working. Jim
  8. So the HOA said the shed in the backyard can only be 8'x8' and 7' tall. Is this a doable space for woodworking? I have a scroll saw, table saw, chop saw, drum sander, router, planer and round sander. And I'm still wanting to get a 14" or 16" band saw at some point. All the tools listed are benchtop style so I'm thinking of doing the flip top tables and put 2 of each on the table. And thoughts and/or ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jim
  9. But Travis, if we lose a couple days of posts. Kevin is going to lose the pictures he didn't upload. Jim
  10. Congrats Iggy, what a find. I'm sure you're going to do great there. I'm thinking you'd better get more inventory. Good luck and I hope it works out for you. Jim
  11. Shoot, I have a stack of about 20 race tracks that need to be cut ou, about 10 wordart projects to cut out, not to mention all the dragons (yes I still have more dragons) to cut out, dog puzzles to cut, jigsaw puzzles to cut out and my large Santa Sleigh and Reindeer to finish up painting. I think that's all I have left. I really need to find someone to support me so I can work in the shop all the time. Jim
  12. Thanks everyone, I will give this a whirl tonight.
  13. Looks good to me Roly. I would be happy if mine looked that good. Jim
  14. Here is a copy of it. Thanks Jim
  15. So I am trying to put together some name plates to take to the barrel races this Friday. I'm stumped on the letter O and R and B in Cowboy and Cowgirl. These both will be in Capitol letters and I'm using the font Texas Tango. How do you all suggest I handle the floaters in the O,R and B? Thanks Jim
  16. Frank, if you are cutting this good because of new medications. I suggest getting new medications all the time. I love these especially the horse and tiger. Jim
  17. Hey, I recognize that dragon!!! Jim
  18. It's a type 2 with a 2004 date on the motor. Jim
  19. I did Kevin, but there was a serious knocking that I heard and wasn't sure what it would take to fix it. Anyone have any suggestions of what it might be. I know this is probably opening a can of worms. Thanks Jim
  20. Yes it was, but it just wants me to learn how to tear the saw apart to replace those bearings and things. I think that is the problem. Oh and the motor had 2004 on it. So I'm guessing that is the year it was manufactured? Glad you found you a solid one Iggy. jim
  21. Well passed on mine. Loud knocking sound I didn't feel comfortable with.
  22. Well, I can't let him have all the fun. This Dewalt is Type 2. Will probably go look at it this afternoon. Jim
  23. And in a couple weeks Iggy, go get another one. Then keep on doing that and should never have any down time. Then again you might not have any room for working.... Jim
  24. Thanks, yeah I thought the same thing about the blower. But I'm sure that isn't the first blower that went bad and should be able to find a fix for it. Jim
  25. Thanks Iggy, I'm hoping to keep mine to only two. Good luck with yours. Jim
