  9. Thanks Iggy and Hawkeye for getting me started on these. This one is made of 3/4" Poplar and unfinished for now. I will probably finish these this weekend when it is supposed to be above freezing. I'm having a lot of fun with these and heck this one even has a face on it. Tomorrow night should be the Bernese Mountain Dog. I did find some wormy maple I want to use this weekend. I only got a small piece till I see if I like it or not. They had a piece that was 4/4 (close to 3/4"), 10" tall by 12' long. Thanks for looking Jim

  20. Just finished my first dog puzzle. It is cut out of 3/4" Poplar with no finish on it yet, cut with a FDUR #5. I cut out the design first, then cut out the veins the inside cuts and then I cut out the puzzle pieces. It was a lot of fun cutting this out. I need to work on keeping my blade from flexing. Thanks Iggy for you help on getting me started on these. Thanks Jim
  21. Good job Don, those turned out mighty fine. Jim
  22. Yes Dan, I was asking if any of these three were good candidates to make into a cut out jigsaw puzzle or if I should keep on looking through more of my pictures. Thanks Iggy, Harvey's pattern looks nice. I will keep it in mind just in case mine doesn't work out. Thanks Scott, you lost me on sig shims though. Jim
  23. Hello Don, this might be a foolish question. But I am assuming the box fan is blowing away from the Excalibur? Thanks Jim
  24. I was wondering if a person could take a barrel racing picture and make it into something like a woodimal pattern, meaning the words "Barrel Racing" inside the horses body and maybe the barrel. I am going to upload 3 of my pictures that I picked and I would like to see what folks come up with. Hopefully folks can see these. Thanks Jim
  25. Thanks Scott, I will keep that in mind next time I'm at Lowes. Definitely want to make one the dry things on. Jim
