  7. Thanks for the pattern Bob. This is the first time I put white oak and walnut together. I will be doing a lot more of it. I also used masonite for the backer. The color matches the walnut almost perfect. The plaque measures 6" x 16" and finished natural dave

  24. We received a wedding announcement from a relitive and the card was very different. It had a picture of cows and also cowboy boots. I thought I would design a plaque to match their theme. It measures 14 1/2" x 9 1/2', 5/8" thick poplar backed with 1/8" baltic birch. I cut the barbed wire from 1/4" pine. I stained the poplar special walnut and gave the whole thing a clear coat. dave
