  1. I put Pegas clamps on my EX 21. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner
  2. You can use the same puffer if you clean it out completely. I use a plastic box with a lid to hold my glue, flocking, and puffer. The box is big enough to set most of my projects in for puffing. After completely drying I turn the project over for the excess to stay in the box, by tapping, etc. then I can pour that excess back in the bag. For a different color I use a different box for a complete kit, including the puffer. It’s just a few bucks and saves a lot of possible frustration.
  3. If I was going to buy a new saw it would be the Pegas. I have seen it in action and took a test drive. Wonderful saw!
  4. I also never grease my Pegas lever. No grease is needed or wanted.
  5. With a 788 I always recommend attaching an on/off foot switch, turning the saw’s switch “on” covering and it with packing tape. That switch is noted for collecting sawdust.
  6. Made the jig and shared it with the scrollsaw club I’m in.
  7. Show some things you have enjoyed cutting. So we can help better.
  8. To me a permanent pattern or template refers to a silhouette.
  9. I like the lid on mine. Keeps the dust off. Not in the way. Bought at Klingspor’s
  10. The middle support on the Dewalt is perfect. I had to mount my switch to a stool for My Excalibur
  11. I also like the Unicorn Spit. Can be mixed for unique colors too
  12. I bought the flex sander shroud that fixes to my dust collection. I don’t really use the other one. Remember, I am in the house.
  13. I always dip the ends of my blades in mineral spirits and wipe them off as soon as I open them. I keep a small spice jar handy just for this purpose.
  14. That’s just beautiful
  15. Take the printout to Office Depot and enlarge it there.
  16. Cutting back on bread is good. Store bought bread especially. For anyone.
  17. Popular isn’t all that expensive and finishes much better than pine.
  18. You solved it. Trim router, hogging. Light passes with any router is always best.
  19. In my opinion, fretwork has MANY internal cuts.
  20. Eat oranges. Give up bread.
  21. I passed. $350
  22. Also in a Scrollsaw Patterns and works magazine
  23. 1983. I’m going to pass this up
  24. 1983. Thanks, I think I’ll pass
