  1. Two Marvel and two DC. Nice balance and really nice cutting.
  2. This is amazing! Great work!
  3. Wow, just Wow!
  4. While I have not done this... You can sprinkle a bit of salt onto one surface and it acts as "teeth" to hold the pieces together to keep them from moving/sliding. Again, I've not done this so YMMV.
  5. Your truck has a lot of character!
  6. I talked with Steven yesterday at Bear Woods. He said the new Pegas is due to be here in late February so I went ahead and reserved one. If it is here in February, then I will be a happy camper. If not, then my trusty Hawk will carry me through. BTW, I may have a trusty 20" Hawk for sale in late February if anyone is interested.
  7. Wow! Impressive.
  8. Very Nice!
  9. Some more anecdotal data here. Mine is smooth up to just short of the 50% mark. Then it seems to hit that "harmonic" spot from that point to about 60%. It will smooth out above the 60% mark and then is good up to about 85%. Consequently, most of my work is at the 40% - 45% speed level.
  10. I think I hit a milestone last weekend. I finished off my first can of spray adhesive. While I know some of you guys run through a can a week, I've had this one more than a year!
  11. As you decrease the area of the opening, the velocity of the air flow increases and usually results in more sound/noise. As you increase the area of the opening, velocity decreases and usually results in less sound/noise. In theory, there will be an opening large enough to negate any suction but also in theory, there should be some optimal size opening that will give you acceptable suction with acceptable sound/noise. I think we all know that 3/4" is not that optimal size so please report back to use as you increase your nozzle size.
  12. I'm not sure how many times I have said "been there, done that".
  13. Love my dust collection system on my saw. I would much rather wear hearing protection over a respirator. I have a repurposed dyson vac that I use exclusively on my saw and it's not the vacuum that is loud, it's the "sucking" sound on the hoses.

    Welcome from Kentucky.
  15. I love your work!
  16. As I get more and more into scrolling, the more I am impressed with your work!
  17. Hope it goes well. Good luck.
  18. You ever fail to impress. Nice Work!
  19. I removed the upper arm and then was able to use a hammer and pin punch (laid the upper arm on its side). And I used some WD40.
  20. Really, REALLY nice work.
  21. Hey Ray. That's nice work. I don't want to hijack your message thread too much but where did you get the second pattern?
  22. So about what would an insulated two car garage door cost with installation included. I’ve been there thinking about this but just had to replace the heat pump and air handler so this could be a few years off but still...
  23. I can't comment about the glue situation because I have little or no experience in that area but I am tremendously impressed with your cuttings!!!
