  4. Oh Wow, amazing. !!!
  5. Oh I absolutely adore the 'fiddle', it's fabulous. I do so wish I could cut thick wood
  6. You've opened up a whole can of Napkin Holders my friend
  7. Welcome, you'll enjoy this site, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Not sure where NC is as I'm not familiar with places in the USA, but hope you are avoiding the worst of the weather.
  8. Perfect, when I can get to my saw, I'll give them a go. Thank you, much appreciated. x
  9. Wow, I'm super impressed, I may try that one. If you don't mind.
  10. Oooh, nice !!! A lovely idea, can't wait to see the others. It wasn't my 'cog' though, it came with a pattern I bought.
  11. Turned out great, I love the silver backing, good idea xx
  12. Outstanding.... I'm not going to let Tony see this only because he'll want one and I'll never have the skill you have... Truly great cutting Peter.
  13. You are more than welcome Jerry, I hope it works ok.
  14. The black one is ¼" mdf, the 'wood' one is ¼" ply.
  15. So very well deserved, it's been hard work but well worth it
  16. Aww bless you for the thought. I'm not sure cutting out a silhouette constitutes 'pattern maker' but I thank you for the compliment xx
  17. Marg, she has a 'tab' at the bottom that fits into a 'hole' in the base.
  18. They turned out nice x
  19. They are amazing, I envy you your skill.
  20. Ok, went on the Internet to find a way of making it a pdf. Fingers crossed I've got it right this time.
  21. Ok, never tried this before, but nothing ventured nothing gained. Let me know if you can see/work with it. The base is just an Oval with a slot cut in it to fit the lady. I have the pattern if needed. LadyFor Forum2.pdf
  22. This one I made myself I'll try and add it here, later
  23. I saw, but quite often it's the result of 'predictive text' so tend not to take notice, we knew what you meant x
  24. 10¼" including base.
  25. Having done my own pattern I had to make adjustments to both the 'cogs' and the base to make the 'figure' fit and the napkins fit nice and I also folded them as @innar20 suggested. However I'm really pleased with the end result. As you can see from the 'before' and 'after' photos a little paint and some better technique makes such a difference.
