I've never done this before, I'm quite pleased with it, however, my 'sanding' skills leave a lot to be desired I think. It should have come out 'oval'

Mmm, couldn't get a good photo of it all that actually showed what I cut, but here's part of it (the last 3 letters -OLD) and a photo of the pattern I used. I painted the backer black and that's what creates the effect. If you just look at the 'wood' that seems to help.

A little while ago @heppnerguy did a beautiful cutting of a plane, however, the font that he used amazed me. I couldn't find it anywhere. However, Dick was kind enough to let me know where I could get it from. So today I tried it.

Scroll saws with little or no vibration at full speed

As has been said, I think all saws have their 'sweet' spot, I know mine does, although I don't ever run it at 'full speed' either. Welcome to the Village by the way. -

I've done that before, but found I'd not checked the % when printing Now I always double check that it says 100% before pressing any buttons LOL.
