  1. You are so lockey! RJF
  2. Push everything off the bench to the floor. If you pick something up its worth keeping. If it stays on the floor, not enough energy to keep it. RJF
  3. There has been automatic backup software out there for years. Also Automatic backup to paid 'Clouds'. Most my life I've been broke so I have never stored important info into a paid service that I may not be able to afford. Now solid state external hard drives with usb hook up are cheap. Hook up a hard drive, install automatic software and spend some time selection what you want to keep backed up. Software kicks in and backs up every day, week, month and backs up your files. Here is some free stuff, https://www.lifewire.com/free-backup-software-tools-2617964 RJF
  4. I remember when someone else pumped the gas, cleaned the windshield, check the oil, checked the tire pressure and gave green stamps. RJF
  5. A blonde spends a day cutting a pattern on a scrollsaw. She proudly shows it to her husband who exclaims, "Its BEAUTIFUL!'' I would love to see it when you put a blade in!! RJF
  6. Does glad press-n-seal keep the pattern fresher than other methods? RJF

  20. Run the scrollsaw this way. Just don't get dust in you eyes. RJF https://enablingdevices.com/product/eye-blink-switch/
  21. I use this. https://enablingdevices.com/product/36-easy-flex-sip-puff-switch/ Naw. But couldn't resist. When I was in engineering school there was a Bioscience Engineering Department. They had projects to design adaptions for the disabled. 'i occasionally use a manual wheel chair now'. The Bioscience didn't have people that had the electronics background so we volunteered to help. At the time they had a dial in access for the disabled to search for disabled adaptions. A switch like this could work, don't know if it would work on house voltage. RJF
  22. I've looked at this paper fold calendar and wondered if it could be cut on a scrollsaw and made out of wood. It has glue tabs. Don't know if it could be glued together. The sides fold and attach the tabs with glue to create a 12 sided calendar. Just cut the solid lines and fold the dotted lines. If you use stiff card stock or paper and simply fold it you have an interesting cheap desk calendar. Had these around since the 1990s when I messed around folding my first one. 23. Saw two lines. Cut one. Did you cut the right one? RJF

  25. By the way, if the furnace is in your shop, you SHOULD have a carbon monoxide detector in your shop AND home if connected to the shop. RJF
