ok this is a bull dog tooth pick pattern I got on line for free... now it looks like one half of a compound cut pattern ….but iv never found the other half ...ritia my girl friend who can draw was going to make the compound cut pattern for me so I could fold the paper over the wood and cut it out..... as a compound cut.... but then the pandemic hit and she hasn't been able to do it for me..... could one of you guys maybe make the pattern for me.... my oldest daughter has a bull dog and id like to make this for her. and for me to …. I did't see anything on the sight where I got this that says for persoal use only so I think its ok to sell but with out the other side of the pattern I can't make it if that makes any sense to you... id ask hl. emlow but I have no idea who he is or where he is... and as you can see this has been on line since 2007 …. rats11 im bustted!!! spike just came in!!! ttyl lol

well im finally back !!! bet you didn't even know I was gone did you? lol iv been down with a terrible head cold the last few days....so just spent my time in bed sleeping and watching tv and yelling at spike to STOP feeling my forhead to see if I had a fever. lol I didn't....lol I TOLD him all it was a head cold but well you men can be kind of annoying sometimes!!! im feeling much better today but he still wont' let me do any crafting yet. lol he says I do this all the time I get sick and then the minute I start feeling better I go all out with cleaning and crafting and don't let my body rest up first!! iv rested for about 3 days now geezz!!! so hes outside puttering and I got up and snuck on to here.... to see what all you guys are up to. lol i'll know when to hop back in bed when I don't hear his tractor thing going lol going to dig out some pics to put up on the bragging page before he finishes what hes doing outside. if I have enough time lol now remember nobody tell spike I got up and played on the puter for a little while!!! its a secret!! lol

I think they both look nice but the one with out the baker is nicer if your not going to paint or stain it.....if you painted the baker or put a picture of some flowers on the backer I think it would really look nice that way. or use a different color wood or stain on the backer like make the baker darker so it would bring out the butterfly and flowers better...

oh I love this puzzle dog pattern!! he looks just like my toby!!! he was a little snnoodle … half schnauzer and half poodle. but he wasn't that big..i loved him dearly....he passed away last summer from a tumer…. but like with all my animal children I have his picture in a frame....hes now with my Charlie ( first service dog) up in heaven with all the other animal children iv had in the past 62 years. there pictures are in a photo album not on the wall because if I put them on the wall there would be nothing on the wall but my animal children lol I also downloaded the star ship compound cut pattern that I just cant wait to cut out!!! I love doing the compound cut patterns and am always looking for new ones..... some where in my patterns I have a pattern for a bull dog tooth pick holder I got on line.....but it looks like just one side of a compound cut pattern ….now my girl friend was going to take it and make the other side of it for me so I could cut it out and make for my daughter who owns a bull dog....but then the pandemic hit.....if I were to put the picture of the pattern I have up here do you think you could draw the other side for me ? and how much would it cost for the pattern to.... let me know the cost of the pattern before you make it if you make so i'll know if I can do it or not. wounderful pieces and patterns !!! thank you. i'll put a pic of the star ship when I get it finished!!

ok I don't know how to do the vido thing so i'll make this as clear as I can. first you want to wash and maybe soak the bottle because you need to take the paper off of it. now cut the top and bottom off of the 2 liter bottle and throw that away....ok now you want your shield to fit comfortable so hold it up to your face covering nose and mouth or if its clear and you want to it can cover your eyes ears and nose. either way its made the same. any way hold up what you have over your face and cut alone each side until it is comfortable verticaly...once that's done hold it up to your face again to determine how long you want it, it should at least go below the chin. now the bottom of your bottle is the top of you mask... your going to poke a hole on either side of the top of your shield the hole has to be big enough to theard what ever materal your using for ties to go though. thread your ties from the inside of the shield to the outside of the shield. you want to make the ties long enough to easely tie behind your head. I don't know how good an idea this is but I figure it cant hurt. now for those of us with scroll saws it might be easer to cut the top and bottom off with the scroll saw... making a few of these of as well as cloth masks for family and friends so wont be doing as much crafting on other things for a little bit. and if you think its a stupid idea please be kind when you tell me that. so now im off to get some more protections stuff made have a good happy and safe day!!

larry, it takes more muscles to frown then to smile...thus frowning causes wrinkles... I proudly say iv earned all my wrinkles....but i'll be darned if im going to get wrinkles because the devil is testing my paticence!! lol iv also lived in cronic pain for decades....as I tell spike as long as I still have my sense of humor you know im doing ok!! lol im able to come onto my computer and do my crafts again because of a new treatment im getting for my cronic migraines tenson sines and regular headaces… every 3 months I get 31 botox shots in my head face and neck... the dr always asks me how im doing as he gives me the shots because they hurt like a sun of a gun!!! sort of like 31 hot bee stings... I tell him the shots hurt less then the headaces espically with I get 2 or 3 different kinds of headaces at the same time!! ouch!! lol the dr dosnt know how long the shots will work before they become ineffective...so I pray constently that God will let the botox work for a long long time.... while doing as much as I can while I can!! keven I hope your evening is going better then your day!!! and remember the best thing to do when having one of those days is find the humor in it!!! of course that dosnt come until after you have some sort of a melt down. lol such as slamming the drawers and cubbord doors!! lol just something satifying about hearing that BANG!! lol now hopefuly tomarrow will be a better day.... and I won't mess up my computer again at least not for awhile anyway. lol I don't know what id do with out spike ad I hope I never have to find out!!! lol im going to ask spike about maybe mailing the churches ark of the covenet to them since I don't seem to be able to get myself up and out to sneak it into the church.... I don't want them to know where it came from... espicaly since I have been to church in a couple of years now... a mystory is always good for the soul

have you ever had one of those days?? well today has defently been one of those days for me lol first I woke up about 5 am and couldn't go back to sleep ..so I decided to do some work in my craft room. . its still a mess in there, although its better then it was before. lol spike keeps telling me I HAVE GOT TO LEARN that I can't do all the things I used to do the way I used to do them... I have to LEARN a new way of life. grrr!! im gonna give him a new way of life!! lol well anyway I worked in there for about 15 -20 minutes then I had to stop so I could go lie down and catch my breath... mumble grumble... frountly spike was still asleep ...so I didn't have to hear him tell !!me again that iv over done it again. lol well eventualy I fell back to sleep and didn't wake up again until 9 so I got some coffee and decided to see how my computer was working this morning. last night I tried to load a sims game on to the computer and not only wouldn't it work it messed up my computer.... so spike spent half of last nigh trying to figure out what I did to it this time... well he fixed some things on it yesterday but it still wouldn't work right . so I did the few things I could think of to do and then spike spent the rest of the day trying to fix what he didn't get fixed latst night,,, he spent most of the day working on my computer...so I did the dishes and banged some things around in the kitchen! so there !!! lthen ol and no it didn't make me feel better! lol then I decided id start crotching the granny squares for the sweaters im going to make... so I made 3 squares and none of them were the same size grrr! they are suppose to be the same size mumble grumble …. so ok I decided i'll figure that out later and started putting the spring curtens in the kitchen... now this was fun!!! lol I got the curtin rod off only find out that some how part of the curtin had gotten closed in the window...now this doesn't sound to bad, and if your tall it proubly wouldn't be... but when your short and standing on a chair it can be a bit diffculte! lol I couldn't let go of the curtins and get down to open window and I couldn't open the window unless I let go of the curtin rod lol so spike came in to rescue me and after I put the spring curtins on the windos over the sink I headed over to the door where spike was taking the valance off the door. so figuring what could possably go wrong now I put the spring curtin on the door only to find out that some of it had gotten a few rather big holes in it. ( its been 2 years since I last changed the curtins…. men I guess see no need to change curtins!! lol ) so ok fine I had spike take it back down for me so I could take the curtin and cut it down into a valance.... now these were store bought curtions made to look like felet croched curtions so the materal has little holes in it which wanted to unravl after I cut it down soo ok no prouble… got needle and theard and proceded to try and sew a hem at the bottom of the valance.... this did not work... mumble grumble... as I tried to sew the hem the materal started unraveling soo ok got out some white crochet cotton and croched a little border along the bottom of the valance... and when I finally got that done spike put the valnce up. lol needless to say I did not go into the wood shop today!! lol I figured the way things were going itd be best to stay away from power tools !!! lol hopefuly tomarrow will be a better day and I can get spike to get me some wood out of the shed.and cut it to a workable size.lol now im going to go play some of the games spike loaded into my computer while he was fixing it... hope the rest of you had a better day then I did !! lol

hum maybe i'lll make the set with out the mirrors.. or just put some alumume foil on the mirrors so it looks like theres a mirrors on them ? kevin sheba is blind now... not that you would be able to tell the way by the way she runs or rather walks around here. lol sheba is my service dog as iv mentioned before so she trained to always stay at my side....as shes gotten older as long as we were home she would often just sleep in our chair or on the bed or under my footstool even when I got up to go do things.... your proubly right about her and the vets... a few years ago she sliped one of her legs out and had to stay at the vets over night . neither one of us slept well that night lol and she stayed glued to me for a week or so after that.... this last 2 times first to have the surgey for her teeth.. she was away from me for several hours.... this last time she was only in wth the vet without me for a minute or two...but again neither one of us liked it lol she is my calm in the storm I call life although her barking is beginning to get on my nerves lol shes always barked at spike …. she doesn't like to share her mommy lol but now she barks at every little sound and sometimes I have no idea what is setting off her barking lol I told spike maybe shes just making sure we know where she is lol figuring that if she can't see us then we cant see her lol I don't think she can hear as well as she used to because my woodshop was the only place she wouldn't stay in with me, shed come in to check on me every few minutes but then shed go back into another room lol the power tools were just to loud for her I think.... more then likely its a combination of the two

yes ron I do like to keep busy when im feeling well lol I was housebound for 18 years and it gave me a lot of time to learn how to do a lot of different crafts lol im starting on a couple of granny square sweaters now and I have to find a pattern to make for the crafts boxes too lol

yes the fish and hook have magnets on them.... not sure where I got this pattern though...id have to find the pattern again lol could be from a magazine, on line something my friend made or maybe in a box of stuff I got from hospice thrift store lol

well I slept in until around 9 but I still managed to get quite a bit of stuff done...all the animals have frish food and water, and after I had my fill of morning coffee I FINALLY got back into my woodshop!!lol right now im cutting the first 2 steve good girls beauty set...I have to trace a few more onto wood yet but since its nice I figured Id get a start on some of the cutting...hobby lobby and jo anns is closed like most every thing else so im not sure yet what im going to do about the mirrors....I can cut out the hand held wood part of the mirror...but im going to have to look on line to see if I can buy the safty mirrors of the size that I need. if I remember right the winafield collection sells them... but since its been about 2 years since iv been able to do much of anything i'll have to put there sight on my new computer and see what they have. I have thought of an alternive for the mirror if I cant get any that might work....I can cut out a small type frame for the top of the mirror and when I glue it together leave the top portion opened , then I could print out some pictures of some of disnays cartoon princess faces, and other pretty ladies that the kids could slide into there mirrors and pretend its them... thought I might make a few that way even if I can get the mirrors but im not sure how good of an idea that is? my poor little sheba, she s so clingy these days which is fine but it makes It a little difficult to work in the wood shop.... I put her kitchen chair with her bed on it into the woodshop near my scroll saw chair but she would really rather i pick her up !! lol spike checked the mail this morning and came intothe wood shop to get me because all the mail was for me lol my nicotine tooth picks came in and the adamizers for my e cigs and i even got my needle threaders!! yea!!! lol most of you proubly dont know this but when you get to be in your 60s it gets a little hard to thread a sewing needle !!! lol i still have one or2 of the cheaper ones i got from the store that are flimzy to say the least but they work, but now that i need a thearder every time to theard the needle i could go broke buying the cheaper needle thearders lol and of course my kids are grown and living on there own now and with spike being 11 years older then me i can't ask any of them to theard my hand needles!!! well now that youve learned everything you never wanted to know about thearding hand needles ill get off here and get back in my wood shop. lol hopefuly sheba will let me get some more work done lol not that shes spoiled or anything lol have a good day everybody i might be back on here later lol 11

I pray I don't out live my friends and family...being a bit agoraphobic with out my friends and family to help me with out of the house things I would have a real problem... I did ask my brother if spike dies before me if he and his wife might come live here with me and then he could rent out both sides of mom house plus his house and maybe he wouldn't have to work so many jobs....he didn't say yes but he also didn't say no I guess we'll see should spike die first... hes 11 years older then me but he s also healther then me to

rocky im an old lady who has been doing crafts for well over 40 years lol comparied to the stuff iv seen people here do that have just started well im not sure talinted is a good word for me lol

lol well I can trace things and turn them into other things most of the time I have a little help though

when thing about not knowing a lot of people in our little village is that I don't get much compeny so seldom wind up giving things away unless I make them to go in the give away box lol iv lived here over 30 years and spikes only been here 15 years yet he knows just about everybody in town lol

ok heres a few more things the light house I made from pieces of a log. lol the base still has the bark on it. lol I cut the light house from in the middle of log I use what ever wood I can find sometimes lol then theres the kids fishing kit...this picture shows the fish inside the box with the fishingpole in front of it and then way down at the bottom is the box closed and a better picture of the fishing pole. now sure whey the computer put the closed box picture way down there....lol I put them in here one right after another but oh well. lol I make a point of never trying to figure out why my computer does certin things lol then theres the deer shelves... there small shelves so I made 2 now the next one is a fret work picture frame from one of my wood magizines that I liked lol the last one is a door sign I made for mom... she had asked me to make her a go away sign lol when I saw this loony toons guy ( easer then trying to spell the first part of sams name ) I just knew it was perfect!! lol mom loved it and so did everyone who ever came to or knocked on her door lol I don't know what happened to it after she died ..but its not on the door anymore... oh well lol I think I made more then one and if not I can always make anotherone some day. lol im hoping to get into the wood shop tomarrow lol but who knows what tomarrow will bring. lol

lol you think that's bad....spike cleaned up my wood shop!! lol its much neater now.....I do however have to either ask spike where some things are or say now If I were spike where would I have put such and such lol but to be honest he put most things in see through containers and labled each continer so it would be easer to find. lol he said he didn't know how I could find anything in that mess before he cleaned it lol hum maybe because I knew where everything was??lol
