  3. I keep Tweezers handy that are very Pointed. I just prick the point into the paper part and Bingo it lifts up. Peel n Stick.. Danny :+}
  4. Yours looks Great....Next on my list...........Danny :+}
  5. Masks are Important and we all use them. Since I set up the PVC Vaccume set up I just do not notice that bothersome fine dust floating. Believe me I have Examined different cuts on different woods and my set up SUCKS every last bit. Immediately.... All areas around my Hegner do not show signs of the dust build up. Just my 13 cents Friends.............Danny :+}
  6. I like this very much. Well done with the paint. Spray of Brush? I have been into Butterfly patterns lately. Isn't this a Steve Good design? If so must go download it. Might stick to Popular though.........Danny :+}
  7. Have this set up and I think Its the Best thing ever. I use whats named BAD ASH. A vaccume designed for removing Ashes from fireplace etc. Not near as noisy as a normal shop vac. I LOVE MY SET UP AND BY GOLLY....IT WORKS JUST ABOUT PERFECT. No big dust mess like I have lived with for the past decade. Danny
  8. I do not have many projects that need much fine Sanding after all is done. If I do need the sanding I always use the sanding boards that are used for finger nails. I have always said 90% of what I Scroll is cut using a FDUR #1 Blade. Most of the projects are cut using Baltic Birch. Very little Fuzzes. Danny :+}
  9. Hey guys. Ya.... Vacuum suction just sounded Original to call it a Sucker. Sucker of that Nasty Saw Dust. Even cutting MDF 1/4" for the past day plus.... you cannot notice a trace of dust on table or below. Yea! :+}
  10. Just had to add this post to the topic. I have been using this New set up for controlling the excess dust and let me tell you all something. NO DUST GETS AWAY FROM MY Dust Sucker Tubes. Using a Vac named BAD ASH.... It is about Half the Loudness of my normal Shop Vac. Very tolerable to me. Still able to enjoy my Background Music. I don't know how I have been Scrolling for over a Decade without knowing about this set up. Been using the Square box fan with Filter along with the lil fan blowing across the table for Many, many Years. This set up does work Good, but not all the Dust is contained on that filter. Anyway this just be my 13 cents worth of thoughts. Danny :+}

  16. And I thank you for your Write up on this subject. I have made several mentions with Tape verses Shelf liner and the way I have experimented with about Every method out there and this shelf liner is Far The Best to me. I used to Always use Spirits to melt the sticky of Spray Glue to remove the patterns. Always worked Perfect. Just wonder if it will work on this Shelf Liner? Small parts I can see being a pain to remove the liner material. Well anyway just my 13 cents.........Danny :+}
  17. I have the same Type Hegner. 1998 model. Slow setting on speed control does hesitate to a Blink, I run mine around 3/4 speed all the time. All works Great there.
