  9. The one problem I see is that it is too nice to use. But I would like to see you dirty it up.
  10. I like the arrow and the eagle... good job. That wood is too nice to be put in the ground...
  11. If I were doing it, I would glue 3, clamp and set aside. glue three...etc. Glue three until you have 30 or so 1/8" x 2 1/4" x 15" When I glued the last three I would then start again with the first ones I glued. Glue them in sections of two or three until...you are done. I guess...That's my thoughts.
  12. Those are beautiful. What could be said other than they are beautiful. Larry
  13. Thomas, welcome back. Glad you thawed out. I would say,'Nice work.' But like Sgt Schultz said,"I see nothing.' Maybe I have to search a little harder. Larry
  14. Wow, can't pick a favorite. All are outstanding. Larry
  15. You are a great 'cross' man. I really like not only the crosses but your choice of wood. I guess we could call you a 'basket' case also. Cheers to you Roly.
  16. I agree with you. Craft shows are primarily for the sponsors. It's a crap shoot for the crafters. Maybe this will get the gears moving and I will make a plan. Thanks for the post Hans.
  17. Well, well, well, Those are nice. No wonder they sold. Very nice.
  18. When my wife buys a new sewing machine, I get a new tool. Oh, nice looking sander.
  19. Very nice Kevin. You did a fine job. It is also know as the Shield of David. I like your idea of adding the clock.

  21. A parade of elephants. That is nice.
  22. Whew, drive you mad... you only know the half of it. There are 367 holes in these boards. To try and insure precise drilling and accuracy, I drill a pilot hole first and the pilot hole is a guide for my 1/8 inch drill bit. So in essance I drill 734 holes per board. I scroll a little, I drill a little, I scroll a little, sand a board for next project, I drill a little, I sit down sip my coffee, I drill,,,,answer my walkie talkie it's my wife of course. She says she is going to go 'sew'... I say sew what...so what
  23. This is a beautiful and great way to use scrap wood. Wheather it was scrap or not, it is nice! Great, just great.
  24. That duck looks great. Kevin, Some, like a bunch of us save scrap pieces. Make crosses, Christmas tree ornaments. And someone, maybe Frank(?) glues scrap pieces together and makes bowls. So don't waste it...USE it! Larry
  25. I agree with Frank...(What did he say?) It is very nice especially done with the red Oak.
