I have a ton of pieces hanging on the walls that are framed with my home made frames that are glued on.
When I made them I didnt really care what the backs looked like so some , when viewed from behind, are crooked. Cant see it from the front so no big deal.
Been selling some stuff so the backs I want the whole piece to look good front and back. If i bought one i would notice it and feel better if the back looked finished.
cant really sell any of the 100's of items I have on the walls because of this.
Bought a heat gun figuring I could pry the backing off and square it up.
Worked way better that I thought it would. If you have this problem, I paid $20 for my heat gun at walmart and could not be happier with the results. The wood glue is still there but the painted pieces came off so I can mount them in better frames now.
