Very nice. What wood is that?

Thank you. The main picture is on 'Camphor Laurel' .. absolutely beautiful to cut - quite 'heady' though as it emits the 'camphor' aroma! The stand is pine; and the support piece at the back is oak.

That is beautifully cut and the stand really shows it off well.  I flew in a C-17 Hercules once, many years ago....

Thank you! Oh wow ... I can only imagine what that would have been like - the C130's cruise overhead every now and then, a particularly distinct sound!!
