  1. Hello all, I. Was looking at some bowls that someone did. I made a comment that I would like to try and make one. I bought the book creative wood boxes on a scroll saw by Carol can't remember her last name sorry. I was reading the reviews and nothing but good. So this winter I will attempt it. My next purchase will be the bowls book.

  4. I use a Dremel and a plunge router base on it works great. Just wondering if there was any difference in the bits. I did not think there was but thought I would ask any ways since I never used the scroll saw retailer bits
  5. Hello, I have pretty much used Irwin drill bits from Ace hardware. I have also used dremel bits. I never used bits from scroll saw retailers. I assume they are not any better they are still very brittle. For you guys what is your take? Thanks
  6. I make all kinds of different things so I would need different sizes. You got a nice clean and organized system.

  8. Hello, it been so long since I been on my scroll saw. The saw has about 6 inches of dust on it. I need to order some blades. The ol timer I bought from (can't remember his name ) he was a cancer survivor. I think He retired? Did he? Anyways need to order blades. Is there one good place or should I just go to Amazon? Thanks

  12. That is going to be tough if you could narrow the years down more I would say google scroll saw patterns printed in between years or pattern books. Maybe you would run across it.

  15. I read an article (review) and it said do NOT BUY The ones with the two shafts. Make all 4 corners have a shafts they have better accuracy. And the more knives are better.
  16. LOL yep I have used Olsen blades, I have used Vermont blades. I have used delta blades.I used flyin dutch. I used advanced macinery blades.I just was wondering if anyone used Bosch blades. Since no one has I guess I will pick up a package and try them. Thanks
  17. 120 miles hmm what are you driving? It would be a good deal if it was closer to you but factor in your fuel coast.
  18. Hello all. I was in Lowe's aND saw Bosch scroll Saw Blades.has any of you used these? I wonder who makes them for Bosch. I always use the flying Dutch. But always keeping a eye open.
  19. The only trouble I had with mine is the switch went out. I bypassed it and put on a foot switch. I love mine been using it for years.
  20. You might know this but they make a switch that when you turn on your saw the pump will come on automatically.but for now you can just plug it into the wall.
  21. Make sure you buy a big pump from pet store. You can use a end of a writing pen on the end of hose. Wrap with wire so it will stay pointed in direction you want.
  22. Who makes your saw? Go their Website and order one. Some old saws you won't be able to buy a replacement.
  23. If you want a really quick fix. Go to pet store and get a good aquarium pump with hose attached the hose with zip ties
