  5. Seasons greetings to all my friends in the VILLAGE. I just wanted to share what I think is the last of the gifts for this year. This pattern is part of a set of three that was designed by Keith Fenton, I enlarged it and cut it out of 1/4 inch cherry and mounted it on a base of pine that I ran thru the router table for a nice edge. The background is a 3/4 inch piece of unidentified scrap that I glued some gold glitter paper to, and then I outlined the Angel with mini LED's. Thanks for looking. MERRY CHRISTMAS to all. Rick
  6. @rljohn56WOW! GREAT WORK, Ray. I say paint the bow a bright RED, in my opinion only, (and we all know how much that is worth), it could only make your Christmas gift that much more appealing. Thanks for sharing. MERRY CHRISTMAS! Rick
  7. @Scrappile Hey Paul, there is nothing wrong with your scrolling skills, you did a great job on a nice pattern. Thanks for sharing. Rick
  8. @Charlie EGreat job Charlie. Pretty RIBBONS of BLUE puts you ornament over the top. Thanks for sharing. Rick

  10. @barb.j.endersGreat job on SANTA, Barb. I can see one of your little ones having fun putting the jolly elf back together. Thanks for sharing. MERRY CHRISTMAS Rick
  11. @ChelCassThank you for your help. I have a very hard time trying to find a specific pattern in the catalog. Please note that this is not a complaint about Steve or the catalog. I thank him profusely for all that he does for the scrolling community, I know he has not been feeling well and I'm sure we all wish him a fast recovery. Rick
  12. Does anyone know the title of Steve Good's pattern of Santa hanging on the chimney???? I just finished cutting one for my wifes Christmas decorations and I now have 3 people who want a copy. I have spent too long trying to find the pattern on Steve's site, if anyone knows the title of the pattern, could you please share that with us. This is the piece I'm talking about.
  13. @don in brooklin on That is a great looking candy dish. Is the pattern for sale, like most of us, I do not have a CNC machine. Thanks for sharing. MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your family. Rick
  14. @HawkChris, great job on both of them. I'm in on the glass. Thanks for sharing. Rick
  15. I just finished this "snowman" today, he's headed to Australia in the morning. My customer likes to send winter gifts to her family enjoying their summer. Thanks for looking. This a Sue Mey pattern, I changed a few things so the piece would be safer to ship. Rick
  16. Thank you for the kind remarks. Yes Scrappile, I sign and date the back of each ornament and Ann Marie designs the card and composes the Christmas sentiment, she is then able to put the card thru our printer. This means a lot to our family and friends and the process of doing this helps to remember what the season is all about. MERRY CHRISTMAS to all who celebrate the birth of our SAVIOR. Rick
  17. @OCtoolguyThank you, Ray. We have been doing this for about 15 years, and every year one of the "kids" get married and they have their own tree, sooo, add another ornament. WE LOVE IT. Best of the season to you. Rick
  18. Good morning to all, I just wanted to share our 2024 Christmas Card that we mail out to FAMILY and SPECIAL FRIENDS. Ann Marie made the card and printed the seasonal sentiment, attached the ornament to the front of the card. I cut pieces of left over mat board to protect the ornament during shipping, we used seasonal bubble packed cards. I cut 15 sets of these and I'm so glad to be finished, I was able to stack cut both the front and back pattern. The pattern is from Sheila & Keith. Thanks for looking. Rick
  19. @barb.j.endersGreat job, Barb. I'm sure he will gladly accept that gift. Thanks for sharing. Rick
  20. BEAUTIFUL!!! Rick
  21. @rash_powder You are correct, I have cut LED light strip tape to the length that I needed when working on other scroll saw projects. The LED light that I am would like to purchase I saw as part of an advertisement for a Laser cut puzzl project, it is complete with a tiny circuit board that has some controls for the LED, The problem is that I can't read the numbers on the board, or I would try hunting it down using that information. Thank you for your assistance. I have just about given up the search and will move on to other projects. Rick
  22. @Scrappile Hi Paul, GREAT JOB on a relly nice pattern. I wish the younger "KIDS" would put somevalue on family. Thanks for sharing. Rick
  23. I was looking through my mail on my computer, and this scroll saw popped up. I know of the BAILEIGH TOOLS name, an aquaintence of mine has one of their bandsaws, it's a monster. I was not aware of them making smaller shop tools. I may be in the markey for a new saw, looks INTERESTING. https://baileigh.com/woodworking/wood-machinery-specials/bss-22-22-scroll-saw?utm_source=email&utm_medium=3p Rick
  24. @rash_powder THANK YOU !!! Rick
  25. @Jim McDonald Thank you Jim. In a previous life(?), I,worked for IBM and I also did more soldering than I liked, so I agree that the solder joints are proably float or solder bath joints. Also, you have a great eye, the project that I saw on the net that uses this LED setup, is in a nite light and it can be dimmed. I have been searching for almost a week, and today I am officially done, I willmove on to a different direction Rick
