  1. Wow just incredible.
  2. Thanks Francisco. Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones.
  3. I built mine high enough to stand or if I want to sit I have a stool that is just the right height.
  4. Very nice. I'm sure the officer will love it.
  5. Welcome back Tony.
  6. I haven't used that blade but have used pegas spiral blades and they broke more often than the FD spirals.
  7. Looks good Theresa. Two hundred doesn't sound bad for a first show.
  8. Very nice Tony.
  9. Looks awesome Dave.
  10. The tension on my DW has been on 3 to 3.5 since day one.
  11. Another dead man switch here.
  12. I also enjoy both. I just picked up a matching pen and pencil set, a seam ripper for my wife and a bolt action rifle pen. Now I just need to get busy and do some turning.
  13. You should be fine. After all the wife is the boss of the house.
  14. I wear a rubber mask with the two screw on flat filters.
  15. I just sold my old Ryobi scroll saw and Craftsman bench top drill press for $50 each. The guy is around 5 years older than me and bought them for his son. We were talking and I ended up showing him some pictures of the work I do and he asked me to send him some pictures with pricing.
  16. Al I had the same experience with FD flat end spirals. My go to blade is FD new 3/0 spiral.
  17. Very nice. There is a Web site named www.scrollmania.Com where you can draw your own patterns. I have been drawing mine on there then printing them and take them to Office Depot and have them enlarged to 15 inch diameter.
  18. Glad to hear they are taking care of you.
  19. No I stain everything, let it dry good and then glue it together. I use titebond with the blue label and cap. It's indoor/outdoor and is waterproof.
  20. I stain before I glue.

How do you like the DW? I love mine.
  22. I always put package tape on the wood first because I stack cut and the tape holds everything together. I stick the pattern to the tape. I tried putting tape over the top of the pattern but there was too much glare from the light and it made it harder the see where I was cutting. I have cut some very delicate patterns and never had a problem getting the tape off and never broke anything.
  23. I agree with Larry about dust in the switch. I have a DeWalt. The first thing I did was tape over the switch and buy a foot switch. If you have never used a foot switch you don't know what you are missing. I will never go without one again.
  24. Very nice Kris.
