  1. Very well done Mike.
  2. I vote FD. I use the new 3/0 spiral for most of what I do and haven't found anybody else that makes a good one.
  3. I don't use painters tape. I use packaging tape. Then I stick the pattern to the packaging tape. I don't like to tape over the pattern because of the glare you get off the clear tape.
  4. Did you already look through the pattern library? They are all free.
  5. Sawtooth hangers with two part epoxy for thin work.
  6. I wrap the top and two sides with clear packaging tape then stick my pattern to the tape.
  7. I'm a bass player.
  8. Great cut. LOVE David and Pink Floyd. Had to learn Comfortably Numb it's one of my favorite songs.

    Very nice John.
  10. You can get one from Seyco.
  11. Thanks Dan I will have to check it out. I love crosses.
  12. I like it. Should be easy to make from scrap.
  13. You do now.
  14. I use very small bits in a fast dremel tool. Never had that problem.
  15. Looks good casey. What blade did you use?
  16. Mike's is owned by WTB. That is if WTB stands for Wooden Teddy Bear.
  17. I also buy a lot from Woodcraft. Always friendly. I usually go to pick something up and spend an hour or so talking to the guys.
  18. Smart man.
  19. Awesome cut Dave. Excellent job on the pattern too.
  20. Thanks for the heads up. I will check them out.
  21. The cutting looks great to me. Just a personal thing but I'm not a fan of paint. I would rather try to change the look with background colors.
  22. If I am buying 1 pack of something new I will go to Woodcraft. For my go to spiral blades I buy them from Mikes by the gross.
  23. My problem is the guy that got me started had me start with spirals. They were so easy to use because you don't have to turn the wood near as much. You just put pressure the direction you want the blade to cut. I only use straight blades for cutting 3/4" wood. If I am stack cutting 3 pieces of 1/4" plywood I will still use the spiral blade.
  24. I would modify it also. That is why I use the FD 3/0 spirals. I can't stay on the lines with a straight blade.
