  1. Made this new home for my good friend and brother in law. I tried really hard to do inlays, but in some places there would have been an inlay inside a inlay inside an inlay.... so I gave up. Ordered some 1/16" thickness from Ocooch and glued it on.Hard to see, but there is a hole in the "1" because he had achieved perfection in golf and bowling. On the two sides, it shows his intrests in Harley riding and horse racing. Cherry and walnut. Pete

  20. I got these little tubes for $5.95 a dozen at Sloans, a magnetic strip stuck to the side of the 2 x 4 holds lightly used blades. Mike's FD blades come with labels that fit nicely inside of the tubes. Pete Scroll down to the bottom of this page. http://www.sloanswoodshop.com/scroll_saw_blades.htm Mikes blades. http://www.mikesworkshop.com/blades.htm
  21. Thanks Rick, I made that pattern using "Inkscape" after some help from Dan (smitty0312). Inkscape is a free download program. Getting the text to follow the curves is what took some patience.... Pete There are many tutorials online, including right here; http://www.scrollsawvillage.com/articles.html/_/pattern-making/inkscape/ Get the program here. No virus, malware etc.... http://www.inkscape.org/en/
