I did a craft fair last weekend and a super hero/marvel/dc comic enthusiast asked me for Spiderman. With thanks to a Dave Hall pattern, this is my effort, hope he likes it.

I have a chance to display my work in Wistow gallery in Leicestershire uk. they are promoting a bird theme later this month, everything displayed is available for sale, here are my first two efforts. The eagle is my own creation and the humming birds are a steve good pattern.

All orders from 'paying' customers had to stop briefly today. My Daughter and Granddaughter came round, fluttered their eyelids and asked for a sign to be made, its for the little ones own garden plot at school. I feel as if I have been emotionally blackmailed, This is their design...

A visitor to the area told me it was his wife's 60th birthday this month and the sign on his cottage in Cornwall looked just as old and could I make a new one for her, this is my effort. Cut from American Dark Walnut.

I get asked a lot for names and word art Birchbark, its fast becoming the bread and butter of my sales these days.

done a small craft fair but 1st weekend in June got my first big fair, gotta stop being idle and get some cutting done.

Thanks Birchbark, I know they look simple but without birchbark the dark walnut one would not exist, the othe two are cut from 3mm birch ply.
