  1. My first orders for 2013 - A door plaque, A jigsaw and a hanging ornament for my wifes hairdressers called Willow.
  2. There are some nice people about, I now have 8 planks of Ash 3' x 6'' x 1'' free of charge thanks to my friendly neighbour.
  3. I don't know how you knew I was lacking in a little cutting confidence but your comments gave me just the boost I needed, but lets not forget that I do what I do because of the encouragement from the more experienced scrollers like yourself, thank you.

  9. From finding a picture to making a pattern and cutting it = 4.5 hours. This is a request for a singer called 'Example' and after all that time I still don't know who he is, I must be getting old...

  11. Just when I thought I could relax I get two more Christmas orders, Betty Boop and a pop singer called 'Example' (never heard of him) needed by the end of day tomorrow. Anyone else out there ever heard of a singer called Example, its definitely a new one for me...
  12. The last of my Christmas orders, and all for one customer, kept me out from under my wife's feet for a couple of days. (box ribbon taken from a Steve Good pattern), made from Redwood, Beech and Balsa using an Olsen double tooth.
