  1. Thanks everybody. I guess I made firewood.
  2. Not familiar with that. Can you expand on it?
  3. We are thinking very seriously about doing just that Frank. Gonna look at a few places in Arizona this Spring.
  4. Once again, The People's Republic of California has bitten me in the butt. All I want is some denatured alcohol to remove some shellac finish. I can't buy it because I'm not old enough to understand why it's so bad for me. Can anybody give me any suggestions on how to dissolve the light shellac finish I sprayed on my latest project. I have to remove it because the padauk sanding dust got into the maple and has bled the red into the white. I learned a huge lesson here but that's beside the point. I need some help on what to do since I'm too stupid to understand the state laws. Absolutely absurd laws here. So, I'm begging for help. Thanks to anybody who has a constructive suggestion.
  5. At that price, I'd be buying the Hegner just to buy it! It will always be worth more than that. It even has the front tension release.
  6. Paul, take 3 $100 bills out and tell them it's all you have. See what happens.
  7. Yes, it's called a "dead man" switch. Because if you die while at your saw, you're foot will more than likely slide off the switch and turn off whatever machine you are operating. Works great around explosives too. If you have a TNT vest wrapped around you and you take your thumb off the button, "DEAD MAN"!
  8. This one.
  9. Kevin, that lo-profile switch is the Wen. I love how thin it is. Very little pressure to keep it depressed.
  10. Very nicely done. You are one lucky person. Go buy a lottery ticket!
  11. Drive it like you stole it! Because you did. Wen has a great foot switch on Amazon for about $12. I have one and love it. When my other 2 switches quit, I'll buy 2 more.
  12. Merry Christmas to you and yours Travis. And thank you again for all you do to keep this site as great as it is. It is truly a "family"!
  13. That's what it's all about. And thanx for the compliment.
  14. Beautiful work.
  15. Merry Christmas to all Villagers. You've become my family.
  16. I'm sure you have already measured the bushings in question. There may be a factory bushing from somewhere that may fit it. Even if you found something that was close and could work it a bit. I always try to imagine what I would do if I was in a wagon train moving West and something broke, How would I fix it.
  17. I found a way to override the "low toner" signal. I've done it twice so far on the same cartridge. One if these days it will really be dry.
  18. I'm glad that I bought a color printer. So many options. And no more crappy inkjet cartridges to go south.
  19. This is very close to what I have. Mine is not an LED but it's also 4 years old. I paid about $230 for it on Amazon. I'm still using the same ink cartridges it came with.
  20. I get emails from Brother ever since I bought my printer. This one came today and I think it is a pretty good deal.
  21. Me three. I'd have made room.
  22. I can speak from experience. When I bought my 226 Ultra, I was driving a big Buick Enclave and with the legs on it, it just barely fit in the back compartment. I'd suggest taking the legs off the saw. If I recall, the bolts are all 7/16" hex.
  23. At that price I'd send a check.
  24. I looked at his profile and thought it said Dec. 2022.
  25. I haven't seen any posts by @Hotshot since last December. Anybody know if he's ok?
