  1. Clever thinking a Paul! I just use some wire screen tapped over the nozzle.
  2. Yes, you are correct. Most scroll saw blades are configured more like a cross cut blade than a ripping blade. It’s not just poplar, you will notice it on most hardwoods. It really should have no effect on your cutting other than the blade working a little harder cutting with the grain.
  3. Very nice cutting Brent!
  4. Very nice Brenda! I like the way you designed the backer board!
  5. Very nice work David, it looks great!
  6. Very cool Don!
  7. It’s striking! Very nice job Dick.
  8. It certainly is a wonderful cutting!
  9. Yup, I have a book of clock patterns that I have cut up thinking I would buy another one for reference only to find out it is out of print.

  15. Do you have a headache yet?
  16. April fools to you to Scott!
  17. Good stuff Bobby!
  18. Cool! I need to make one or two.
  19. Yes, Paul is correct. If a link is loose, it is because it is cracked. It usually happens to the first one attached to the saw. Because it is cracked, it will easily pull off of the saw. Either heat it with a heat gun or hair dryer, or hot water. Pull off the cracked link with needle nose pliers. Then reheat the next good link, then press it back into place.
  20. Beautiful work Mike!
  21. Great projects Paul! Your experience and talent sure comes through here!
  22. Great stuff Tom! Have you seen the commercial on TV where everyone is playing a kazoo?
  23. Very nice work Robert. I love you Etsy store!
  24. Very nice work Todd! It might be easier to use spiral blades but I wouldn’t recommend them for this type of project. First, they leave a rougher cut on your work, and they leave a wider kerf, not good for puzzles.
