Nothing like lettering to show off your cutting skills, and those Marg are top notch. Even with the slightly out of focus picture you can tell that those are 110% perfect, bang on the money. Beautiful cutting. Rob

Thanks Les. Rimu is a native New Zealand timber which is now protected. I get all of my wood from the Council recycling centre where I buy old drawer boxes or bits of broken furniture, headboards, floorboards whatever I can find. I get a great kick out of turning someone's scrap into something beautiful. Rob

I have cut this pattern by Birchbark before but in pine. For a long time I have wanted to re-do it in something better and finally got around to it. Reclaimed Rimu as usual finished with 50/50 BLO. Thanks Russell for the beautiful pattern. Rob
