  1. Actually, I do too, Marg, but not sure how that would go over at a golf tournament.
  2. A wonderful pattern and great cutting.
  3. Nice projects, Peter. I did that bowl out of western red cedar. Nowhere near as good as yours.
  4. Well done. One of my favorites, but never had one.
  5. Thanks Melanie and Dave
  6. Welcome to the forum from TN.
  7. I did the smaller ones, but had to replace a battery. The replacement cost as much as the clock.
  8. Thanks everyone. I really don't like mini clocks, but the 2 3/4" clock looks great on this project.
  9. Thanks Terry.
  10. Cute, Bernd. I will have to use that in the future.
  11. Thanks Iggy and DW. I was hopping the Poplar would turn out more green.
  12. Each year I donate a project to the local hospital's golf tournament. I saw this on Steve Good's site and said this is the one. I don't like making mini clocks because of the batteries. This one is 2 3/4" and uses AAA batteries. The upright is 3/4" Hard Maple and the base is 1/2" Poplar. I used FD UR #3 and #5 blades. The finish is two coats of spray Shellac. Comments welcome.
  13. Well done on that cutting.
  14. I don't use mineral oil, so I can't help on that question. As for a dust mask, I use Dust Be Gone.
  15. Welcome to the forum from Tennessee. We all like pictures.
  16. Wish you the best on the new saw.
  17. Welcome to the forum from TN. Those are beautiful signs.
  18. Charley, The company is Bard's Brand. They only sell wholesale and my store, ArtCrafters, is one of the wholesalers. If interested, we have an Esty store, ArtCraftersDayton.
  19. Thanks all. Most people think of these as a Christmas Tree ornament. I thought a display like this could be used to display ornaments for any season.
  20. Thanks, Jim. I think these would be good for customers to display purchased birdhouses. Yes, I have one that I use to display my birdhouses. It will hold approximately 30 birdhouses.
  21. Thanks Wayne. When they can in, I had to give it a try.
  22. One of our suppliers for ArtCrafters has great display items. On is this Wrought Iron Twig Motif Ornament Stand. I thought I would buy a few and I tried my latest Miniature Birdhouses on the stand. I think it makes a great display.
  23. Welcome to the forum from TN. Lots of friendly folks here.
  24. Thanks for the review. At this time, I do not need another saw, but a good review.
  25. I use 3/4" hardwoods for my puzzles.
