  10. My friend back in MN requested two of these as a fund raiser for the school. DonR came through with a great pattern. This is the first one, I will make the second next week. I used 1/4" Hard Maple plywood and backed with 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood panted black. I also used FD New Spiral #1, UR #1, and Polar #5 blades. The finish is one coat of Shellac sanding sealer and two coats of spray Shellac. Comments welcome.

  14. I scan the image into Phtoshop Elements. In the print preview box there is the option to enlarge to any size then print. The project I worked on today was enlarged by 15%. I drew a line down the center and printed two parts.

  23. I should say, gluing and sanding. The spindle sander really got a workout.
