  1. Thanks Keith. The customer picked it up yesterday and very pleased.
  2. Thanks for the comments. Wayne, There is a lid liner which is cut on the inside then glued to the lid. When dry the lid and liner are cut on the outside as one piece. The base fits inside the lid liner.
  3. Great looking school of fish.
  4. Thanks Clayton.
  5. I got the same results. No picture. Someone must have removed it for some reason.
  6. Charles patterns are complicated and you did a great job.
  7. Yes, I really like Roly's design. The way the letter extends below the base, the font, and the base.
  8. Thanks Todd. Is that a new avatar?
  9. Sure does look good. Well done.
  10. Nice clean cuts and great pattern.
  11. Very nice sign. No moose in TN, but they are back in MN up north.
  12. In my pattern request, Roly said the font was Belshaw, I think.
  13. Thanks Dan. I like red oak except it is porous.
  14. I am not sure how to quote someone on the forum, so here goes. Dave Monk. The wall thickness is 3/4" Red Oak. Including the top and bottom, 1 1/4". Kevin. This is a standard Diana Thompson box. A lid liner is cut on the inside and glued to the lid. The perimeter glueup is then cut. The inside of the lid liner fits the box wall nicely. Thanks for all the nice comments.
  15. Thanks for all the comments. Yes, straight lines and circles are a true test.
  16. The same here as for the EX21. I also have two plastic storage bins I think from Hobby Lobby. They have vertical slats about 1 1/2" apart. Just right for blades.
  17. Well done. Great that you could cheer others even with your own situation. The best to you.
  18. Very nice colors and shaping.
  19. Well done, Roly. Cutting is clean.
  20. Wow, Thanks Rob Roy. I am sure your work looks great too.
  21. Thanks Terrylee. Red Oak looks good, but it is porous, so more care in finishing.
  22. Sure looks great.
  23. Thanks Ralph. Not real easy, but fun.
  24. Thanks again Rolly for the help with the pattern.
