  2. Thanks, Steve, The FD Polar blades are great for compound cutting.
  3. I finished eight of these on Sunday and Monday. The patterns are by Diana Thompson and found in CWWC May 2011. The birdhouses are made from Poplar and I used FD Polar #7 blades. For the birds I used Aromatic Red Cedar and FD Polar #3 blades. My tree display is again filled. Comments welcome.

  12. Eighty Five? I am making eight and it took most of Sunday afternoon to cut six. I don't count hours of something I like to do.
  13. I use Samen stains, even black on Baltic birch plywood backer boards.

  17. Sure dose look good. It looks like 3/4" stock, so I would use FD UR #7.

  19. I hope you got your answer, but if you didn't, I use 1/2" stock and finish with Butcher Block Oil.
