  1. Some addictions are good and scrolling is one of them. Great looking projects.
  2. You have every right to be proud of that one. The lines are clean and straight.
  3. Well done. Great cutting with the spiral blades.
  4. Great looking plaque. Enjoy your stay with the grandkids.
  5. Thanks everyone. Very encouraging.
  6. Well done on the beautiful project.
  7. Welcome to the forum from TN. Great site with lots of friendly folks.
  8. Well done on that cutting. It looks great with that backer.
  9. They look great. I also think a #9 is too aggressive. I used a #3 FDUR on the Rose Plaque.
  10. Very good compound cutting and yes very fragile.
  11. Thanks for the comments. Ike, I have a Sand Flee and it makes sanding off the fuzzies very easy.
  12. Very nice cut. Still waiting for my magazine.
  13. I saw those on the other forum and commented there. Were they fairly easy to cut?
  14. Thanks everyone for the nice comments. It is very encouraging.
  15. Thanks for all the comments. It was a fairly easy cut.
  16. Wow, Scott what a great idea. I use a small brush, but I like your idea.
  17. Very well done on those cute patterns.
  18. Also, when you get the new blades, do some test cuts to get the correct angle for inlay. Stack cutting for inlay is the only way to go.
  19. Thanks for the comments. Yes, Dave I order Samen Stain online. This water based stain was recommended by Sheila Landry several years ago. I also posted this project on my Facebook page, and Sue Mey 'liked' it. That made my day.
  20. Great cutting on that one, Tony. Whose pattern?
  21. Thanks Roly. I sure like Sue's patterns.
  22. Thanks, Steve. I should have used 1/4" Hard Maple so that the backing would show up better.
  23. Thanks Paul, for the encouragement.
  24. I completed this project on Monday, March 28th. It is a pattern by Sue Mey and found in CWWC April 2008. I used Hard Maple 1/2" x 7 1/2" x 9" and backed with 1/8" Baltic Birch plywood stained red with Samen stain. For cutting the internal cuts I used FD UR #1 and FD UR #5 on the perimeter. There is a 'D' hanger on the back. Comments welcome.
  25. Way cute sign. Does it mean, chickens are 'free'?
