Not sure how Don did this one, but the pattern is great and easy to do. I used FD New Spiral #1 blades.

Thanks for the comments. As for framing, we always have pieces left over when cutting the mouldings. There were four pieces and I made the frame.

This pattern is by our own DonR, purchased from his website. Thanks Don. I used 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood 10" x 12" and backed with black mat board. I framed it at our store, ArtCrafters. Comments welcome.

All very good suggestions. Blade use and number depends on wood thickness but also hardness.
