    Excellent. Love Snoopy and Woodstock.
  5. Welcome “home”. Nice work.
  6. Thank you for sharing your process and providing a closeup of the crystal attached. I will have to find my wand patterns and some crystals.
  7. nice work Kevin. He is sure to love it. Glad to see you getting back into the “groove”
  8. I like the look of them. You did great job with reclaimed flooring. A win win as it’s not going to the landfill.
  9. Looks like you did a great job and your coworker should be quite happy.
  10. Very nice. I have made some of Al’s wands in the past. Was this one of his patterns published in the magazine or from his ebook of patterns available for purchase or a different source? I have the magazine article and bought his ebook so I can look at those. Can you explain how you modify and add the crystal?
  11. Truth
  12. When in doubt - I always ask my kids.
  13. Neat idea Jim.
  14. Kevin, I am not aware of any. A quick Google style search did not turn up any actual patterns that I could find, however, a search for. Ornaments of each type turned up lots of ones you can get “Ideas” from to then craft your own.
  15. Sounds like a win win. Look forward to seeing what you make.
  16. No worries we all misread or misunderstand at times. I wanted to clarify in. Case anyone else misunderstood and went looking for the website.
  17. Roberta, he is talking about the old other magazine, “Creative Woodworks and Crafts” that is no longer published and has no website as opposed to the “Scrollsaw Woodworking & Crafts” magazine which is the only one left and which does have a website and an index. Unfortunately I have found that the index search there is not always reliable for finding things. I think someone had created a spreadsheet of the old magazine issues, but I’m not sure who it was at the moment.
  18. Given our present heat wave I could do with a little snowy weather for a day or two.

Great piece that I have no doubt she loves.
  20. John, yes it is used to add texture usually to painted projects that you want “snow” on, at least that was its original intent when put out. Decorative painters like Tole Painters, or like Sheila Landry’s painted projects have been using it for years. But as Don has shown, it can be used to add a white texture to any white item like here on the gnome’s beard which decorative painters have also done so it’s not limited to using for just “snow”. It has been around for many years so perhaps you have been living a sheltered life.
  21. nice adaptation Don. Cute fella.
  22. well, after reading the title, then seeing the “pot chair” I thought it was for growing that particular leafy plant. I agree, nice work on it no matter what is “potted” in it.
  23. An East Tennessee welcome from the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Look forward to your participation.
  24. Here’s a direct link to the book on Fox Chapel’s site: https://www.foxchapelpublishing.com/scroll-saw/20-minute-scroll-saw-puzzles.html According to Amazon, it will be released July 11. also, he apparently just had one released with Noah’s ark and the animals. And had another one of animal puzzles published last year. https://www.amazon.com/dp/1497103584/ref=sspa_dk_detail_2?=1&pd_rd_i=1497103584&pd_rd_w=5uuBf&content- https://www.amazon.com/Adorable-Animal-Family-Puzzles-Wood/dp/1497102057/ref=sr_1_2?qid=1656291071&refinements=p_27%3AJaeheon+Yun&s=books&sr=1-2&text=Jaeheon+Yun
