  1. Growing pains.
  2. Some times I think I spend half my time waxing all my table tops. It truly makes a difference.
  3. Mark if in fact they are the same Seyco will have parts. You can replace parts yourself. They aren't that hard to work on.
  4. Great video Scott. You are a man of many talents.
  5. Jim it seems like I remember reading that they are the same. I don't understand why they don't have a 21" model, they are the most popular model on this forum. I have the EX16 and it's big enough for everything I have done so far. I think the 30" is more for the professional.
  6. Les what do you use your Grobet for?
  7. Dick glad to see you back and I am glad you had a good time. It seems when you got in your new house you left again. Did you get home sick??? Not much has changed here. Maybe you can get things going, like create some excitement.
  8. I went there about 50 years ago and really enjoyed it. We have a lot of Civil war battle sites here in middle Tennessee.
  9. My first saw was a DW788 and I took it back and got the Excaliber 16 and love it.
  10. I had a DW788 that I bought at Woodcraft and it was making noise right out of the box. They had an Excaliber 16 and I swapped the 788 for the EX. A sales person at Wood Craft sold me on the 788, they said it was a better saw. IMO that was hog wash. I have been very happy with my EX16.
  11. That is good to hear Bobby. I wasn't aware you had an accident but glad your better.
  12. My shop is heated and cooled and I sit to scroll.
  13. Emery boards will wear out quick. I have glued emery cloth to blades and got better results. When I first started scrolling I had to do some sanding but it didn't take long before I quite sanding.
  14. Scott I am glad you like the Pegas blades. Running a blade to long is been a problem of mine but I am doing better.
  15. Wow Earl what an accomplishment.
  16. Dewalts quality is so sad and it reflects on their other tools.
  17. That was nice.
  18. Ray I am pretty sure I bought it at Wally World for about $20.
  19. I would use #3 and #5 Pegas MG blades. Just try a few. I bet you will like them. The main reason I like them is you feed the wood straight into the blade much like you would a jig saw. Other blades you have to feed them in an angle.
  20. Nice right up Scott. I have said it before and I will say it again You need to quit your day time job and and cut puzzles full time. I honestly believe you could make a go of it. You have a good head for business.
  21. I don't use my hose any more. Here is my set up.
  22. This is just my opinion but if I were you I would try some Pegas MG blades #3 and #5. I have tried a lot of blades and the Pegas blades are the best IMO. Just try a few to began with. Here is a link. http://www.dndsawbladesonline.com/page/79818204
  23. A star is born. Good for you Scott.
  24. I will have to remember that. I know one guy that I gave a dog puzzle to put his in a shadow box frame. This would be better for him.
  25. Scott that is where I buy my Pegas blades and so far they give good service. Glad you got the Hawk going, I was beginning to worry.
