  1. Nice sign (what font did you use?), and EXCELLENT cutting!!! When my cuts get that thin, my blades like to skip over into the kerf on the return pass.
  2. Awesome cut, awesome cause. Uck-fay ancer-cay.
  3. Nicely cut!
  4. Weird.....double-post.
  5. Nicely cut! I have this one printed out and awaiting the saw. ....along with a couple hundred other patterns....
  6. Thanks y'all! Working on this one right now. Started with the small pieces (had to correct a couple of islands on the fly), currently working on the third from the bottom layer. May need to get a bigger saw to finish this one. 7. Been cutting a large mandala for a while (in between honey-do's....11 layers....) and decided I wanted to cut something quick, just needed to feel like I completed a project. LOL Found a cool tattoo pic on Pinterest, nothing I could find as far as accreditation, so I figured why not. Lion is about 8" tall, maybe 5 or 6 wide. 1/8" BBply, Minwax Dark Walnut stain. Backer is some 1/2" ply with "natural" stain. Pegas #3 reverse blade.
  8. Holy carp, those are awesome!!! ...and its posts like this that keep my Amazon shopping cart full.
  9. '57 was a good year for cars. The 'Vette and the Belle Air are my top two "win the Nigerian Lotto" buys. Awesome cut!!
  10. Very nice!
  11. Congrats!! And nicely cut!
  12. Tough, but very nicely done!
  13. A couple of mine. Saw the waves in an article about Fiona Kingdon in SSWW magazine, always wanted to cut one of hers, and it looked like a challenge. Hint....it was. Viking ship was an H.Botas pattern, as was the pirate owl (cuz, c'mon, who DOESN'T need a cutting of a pirate owl?!?), picked those up from his Etsy shop. Nautilus gears were from Steve Good, working gears are always fun to cut.
  14. Very nice! I'm not a biker, but my first thought was "this would look GREAT in Harley colors!"
  15. That's awesome!!!
  16. Looks great to me!
  17. Very nicely cut!
  18. Yep, diggin the lights. Nicely cut!!
  19. They're both good, but if I had to pick one, I'd go with the left.
  20. Yep! Taxes can get stuffed.
  21. Nice!
  22. Had to look up some of the higher numbers, I couldn't remember what "L" and "C" represented, and had forgotten all about "D". LOL Its been a LONG time since I saw those in school. M = 1000 D = 500 C = 100 L = 50 X = 10 V =5 I = 1 MDCCLXXVI, essentially, turns into a math problem. 1000+500+100+100+50+10+10+5+1=1776. The year that the American colonies told England to stuff it. Then showed them where to stuff it. This was a quick cut, not a lot of internals, six I believe. Outside cut was pretty involved, but nothing difficult. Choice of wood could've been better, I thought the knot and rugged look of pallet slats, since it was a rough year for everybody. The knot (base of the X's) separated on me and had to be carefully glued back together. Again, though, rough-n-rugged worked for me. For the base, I was just going to do an oval, then figured I'd pull in the original 13 colonies and see how that looked. I'm happy with the outcome. The 13 give it a good solid base so I'm not worried about the knots.
