Hi guys, as usual people wait until the last minute to ask me to make things with no thought as to what goes into making something from scratch. Im not sure if this is even possable but figured Id ask if someone could please help me make this kind of pattern. My daughter in law is a big Dr Who fan. Now I know nothing about Dr who so went on line and tried to find a hopefuly easy Dr Who picture. now what my son wants me to do is make a revirsable serving tray for his wife. now the only way i can think to do this would be to have sides on both the top and the bottom so that both sides could be used as the top with the sides made so they could be used to keep things from falling off and also be flat enough to set on the table. and on the flat part of one side of the tray have a Dr Who picture ingraved or line cut on one side and then something normal engraved or line cut on the other side. That way it could be used with the dr who type picture for everyday and then a rose or something pretty and a little fancer on the other side so it could be used for compeny. i can go through my patterns and find a picture for the other side....im not sure if im explining this clearly enough....Could some please let me know if this is possable and if so design the pattern for me? iv never seen a serving tray like this but if it could be made everybody could use the pattern to make the tray and then just put there own pictures on it for custome made gifts.... i dont know if this is possable but if it is i would be very grateful for a pattern. Perhaps i could sew or crochet something for the pattern maker in exchange for the pattern? i know you do this out of the kindness of your hearts, but i would be more then happy to sew or crochet something for someone you might want to give as a gift or to keep for yourselves.
